I came in simply to ask a question about an engine light error code on my vehicle in order for me to schedule accordingly. To my surprise the Team was able to pencil me in the next day which saved me weeks of waiting and worry. This was a huge blessing since I travel half the state for work. Everyone was kind, efficient, respectful, and honest. I had stepped away for about two years. Yet Mr. Trent, Mr. Eric, Mr. John (courtesy ride) all reinstated my faith for this location. It was also good news to hear that Mr. Chris is back. I will be returning. Thank you gentlemen.

We had a clamp break on my turbo for my 2004 Chevrolet Kodiak Monroe package truck while going up north to a family camping trip.
Once we arrived at the dealership your service manager Rod Price took us on with a shop full already and his team started working on my truck right away to see what was the problem and trying to fix it to het us back on the road for us to continue our trip. He was very professional and kind along with Tim the mechanic also. They went over and beyond to try to fix our truck and get us back on the road but we found that the turbo got distorted when clamp broke so we could not get it fixed. We needed a new turbo to get installed to fix the truck correctly. So we left the truck to have them repair it and then I asked them to fix other electrical issues and other things they found also with breaks.
They are a very good team and pleasure to have them work on my truck. Now I know I have a dealership that I can count on to work on my Kodiak moving forward.
Rod price is and was a great guy to talk with and cared about his customers you can tell! He need a recognition award for a job well done taking care of a new customer and helping a family feel great about the trucks repair they performed for us!

I had an 8:00 am appointment to have my car checked out after hearing a knocking on the front end. The car was inspected & recorded, and that recording sent to me to review. Gary Pearson in the service department was prompt, friendly, and very helpful. My car was repaired for a very reasonable price and I was back in the road by mid day! Thank you Hank Graff Team! Keep up the with hard work!! It’s nice to know there is a service department out there that truly cares about customer service!!
BTW, Jackson, the porter was a very sweet young man who truly seemed to love his job.
