“Had a loud noise under my driver's side front tire. Stopped in to see if it was safe to keep driving. Mike took it out for a test drive right away. He came back, headed into the shop and came out with a wrench. I thought he was going to check behind the tire to see what was going on. He informed me that my tire was so loose it was ready to fall off. Come to find out someone had tried to steal my tires and 3 of the 4 were very loose. I can't tell you how thankful I am to this man. I could have been stranded or hurt if the tire fell off. Once tightened the noise is gone. I gave him $30 for his time. He said $20 was good. Thank you for helping me. I can't thank you enough. You will have my business.”

“Walked in with my daughter in tow and was greeted by a friendly smile from a woman who was clearly swamped. As soon as I walked in the phone lines were non stop but she was warm & friendly as was the technician Charles. I came in for a tire repair and they did a thorough inspection and found that my battery tested very low. This did not surprise me because I had a hard time starting it a couple times recently. I went in for a tire repair and got that, a new battery and the peace of mind that my daughter and I will not get stranded somewhere. I thought I might be close to needing new tires so I had them check that as well. They were honest and told me I had probably another year before I would where I think most people would’ve tried to take advantage of a single mother who doesn’t know anything about cars. Will definitely be back.”

My truck was at the dealership last week, when the hail storm demolished pretty much every vehicle on the lot. “Called Roy’s at 8:20am inquiring if I could bring my flat tire in right now to be plugged, Roy said yes bring right in, I drive up there, he took the flat out of the back of my car, they plugged it and put it back on my car, AND Roy put the doughnut and Jack securely back in the tire well without being asked! The price was extremely reasonable too! Being new in the area I had no idea where to go, and was weary of being over charged because I am a women, I can say without a doubt I will go to Roy’s Garage before I go anywhere for my future car needs. Highly recommend. Thank you Roy!”
