The woman tinna I spoke to today was insanely rude I moved from Michigan in June and was trying to figure out why I’m not receiving my mail that was supposed to be forwarded and she’s telling me I’m lying and it’s has to be something I done wrong. This woman should be fired

The young lady was most gracious. My package was returned to wrong house the person returned it to The PO. And told me that they would hold it untill we pick it up.These are great people.. thank you PJC

Missing mail, missing packages that are claimed to be delivered, wrong mail, mail delivered to wrong addresses and late mail. And the USPS wonders why people are going away from using the USPS. At least with UPS, Fedex and Amazon you have a chance of recovery but not with the USPS because it does not have any customer service and local offices simply ignore the problems.

They haven't delivered any mail for me and they don't even have any being held at the post office, I have tried calling and they do not answer he phone.

Not good at getting things from one place to the correct other place, which in my opinion, is a key component of their role.

Staff (post master Tinna) refuses to return calls, gives incorrect information and also refuses to give out their supervisor's contact info so they do not get in trouble for mishandling issues. Started multiple cases for a package that wasn't delivered to me and never got a call back. I later found out from the regional office this was marked as a resolved case, despite never getting a call or my package because they didn't want to deal with me. Also, I was told they wouldn't do anything about my missing package because I could have received it, I guess implying I'm lying and going through their insane claim processes for the few dollars or the thrill of dealing with incompetence. I hope the relevant staff get their paychecks mailed to them.

Ashley, our mail carrier here in Davisburg does a great job. She goes above and beyond to make sure our mail is delivered in a timely and accurate manner. Courteous and friendly too.

Excellent customer service! The postal workers at Davisburg are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! Best Post Office I've ever used. Thank you to the workers there, you are all so nice.
