The woman tinna I spoke to today was insanely rude I moved from Michigan in June and was trying to figure out why I’m not receiving my mail that was supposed to be forwarded and she’s telling me I’m lying and it’s has to be something I done wrong. This woman should be fired

Not busy and the two ladies that were there working were wonderful. I will make the drive there from now on.
