Lars David just completed an amazing addition to our home. They tore down and then re-built an old screened porch and covered open deck on the lake side of our home. Remarkably, they integrated this major addition to the home structure so it looks like it is a part of the original home design and not just “slapped” on the the back of the house. The structure is truly beautiful, solid and extremely well built. Our Lars David representative Damon consistently kept us up to date on the project, helped to educate us when decisions were necessary, was professional, trustworthy and a wonderful human being. The amazing crew (Al, Shawn and Austin)who built the structure paid a huge level of attention to detail, consistently checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the project and provided excellent advice during the construction process. They are fine craftsmen who take pride in making sure everything is done right. They also took the time to clean up every day before leaving our home. These three gentlemen are also exceptional individuals who we enjoyed seeing every day and having at our home. If I could, I would give Lars David 100 stars instead of the max 5 Google allows. If you have an upcoming project at your home, I highly recommend Lars David.

Had a 800lb delivery, to a home in Clarkston. 2 'Lars David' employees, helped me push this delivery, UPHILL, into customers garage. I was very grateful, for their assistance, help. Otherwise, it would've remained at end of driveway. Decent guys.

Used Lars David to build a small upper deck off bedroom, all worked out fine. Gave a 2k deposit for a bigger deck and had to reschedule due to Covid. No response and requests for a refund have gone unanswered. Do not put down a deposit with Lars David.Service: Deck construction

Lars David built our composite deck under a one year Pulte warranty. I filed a claim when I discovered that five long nails were drilled into the air instead of the posts and one post was too short. The next week they sent an employee who fixed the nails issues, put in place a loose rabbit and explained the short post had no structural function. I’m happy with their quick response to fix these problems and overall quality of our deck.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Lars David installed a deck for us. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and the crew was hard working and skilled. The deck itself looks great and exhibits high quality construction. I would definitely recommend the company.

Lars David Inc was a wonderful company to work with! We used them to rip our our 20+ year old deck completely, replace the seal of the deck to our home (it was rotting away!) and complete build a new deck from the ground up. They handled everything and could not have made the process simpler. The quoting process was easy and very responsive. We were able to go to their warehouse to look at decking options in person and ask any additional questions. They were open and honest about all of our options, even if it met less money was placed onto the quote. They handled all of the design workups, permits and all paperwork I need to submit our HOA. The teardown and build up construction crews were very polite, keep the area clean, and were efficient! The final produce is absolutely stunning and we get complemented on the final work from our neighbors. Would happily recommend this company to anyone!

I had my deck built by Lars David INC. and I am very happy with the quality of work. The main builder, Ryan, did an amazing job. He was very thorough and very respectful. Everything looks absolutely perfect and stunning. The results outweigh any bad, and my beautiful wrap around composite deck will be a statement for decades to come.
