They Honored their discount coupon that came in the mail with the work done. Also rotated my tires for n/c since they were coming off anyway. Also gave me a courtesy ride home when I dropped my car off! Better than a dealership servicing it. Car was delivered when promised! I will use them again when needed! “Took our 2011 Aveo to Meadows because the battery kept draining if the car sat for longer than 2 days without driving. After several days of diagnosing they found the problem to be a shorted wire in the Onstar system. This was a very hard problem to diagnose.
Meadows went above and beyond any other shop we have used. They took the time to fix it right and charged a very reasonable price.”
“This auto repair place is a hidden gem in Waterford. Located behind the Arby's on highland road this family-owned business will bend over backwards to take care of their customers. I needed a tire repair to continue working and they were able to fix it almost immediately despite having other business to also take care of. They got me back on the road and delivering pizzas again with zero hassle and a great attitude. I would recommend highly.”

Louie checked out the car and he told me exactly what I needed to do to make sure it was safe and in great running shape for my son to drive. “I recently brought in my prized possession (aka weekend sports car cruiser) for some preventative maintenance (master clutch cylinder replacement, clutch fluid change, oil change, etc.) and was really impressed with the level of customer service from both the Manager and Owner of Clarkston Auto & Transmission. Not only were they very responsive on the communication front, but they also charged a very reasonable price for the work performed (especially given the labor hours involved). “How awesome is it to be able to finish that project the day you started it! Living right across the street from Mazza has made that a possibility many times. They carry a little bit of everything common and what they don't have in stock they are usually able to order and have whithen a couple days. Their staff is always super friendly and helpful, reminds me of a small town gas station but for your auto needs. Some things such as canned Carby spray are marked up a bit more than at "large named' auto stores however they always seem to have the best price on actual auto parts compared to A.Z.,O.R.,A.A.,Ect... Only gripe I can find find is their hours are fairly limited. If your an after-work project starter you'll be out of luck if you find you need something to close that hood so plan ahead and pick up what ya need while their open.”

“I took my car to a dealership first they wanted 2600.00 said I needed the trans fixed it was leaking and needed 4 wheel alignment. I couldn’t afford that ! “The engine on our 2015 GMC Terrain blew about six weeks ago. We already had a new engine on order, but delivery was delayed by a month. We also had all new components for the front suspension, which we requested they install at the same time as the new motor. While they had the motor out, I also requested they replace the seals on the axles and the front seal on the transmission. There were a couple of other items that also needed to be taken care of, including the remote start and ambient temperature sensor.All of the work was completed yesterday and we picked the car up yesterday afternoon. It now runs beautifully!”
“Stopped in on a very hot day and the guys were nice as could be. My oil change went pretty quickly, they checked all the necessary fluids, tires, etc. and asked if I'd like anything else done. So they checked the air filter which obviously needed to be replaced. No pressure, and it was replaced. A fine experience at a reasonable price. ?”

“I called to see if they had availability to look at my daughters car that had broken down on the expressway driving back to college, the associate advised me it would be close to a week until they could look at it; we are not from around there and literally googling car repair shops. Rather than leave it at that, they gave me another repair shop number and said they may be able to look at it sooner. I called the alternate company, and was able to get the car in, looked at, parts ordered within 24hrs...I never would have known the place existed if not for this repair shops owner. In a world where everyone is out for themselves, I am grateful that someone was thoughtful enough to take the time out to refer me to someone who could assist us-definitely seems like an honest business!”
