We ordered a 40lb block of wax from Windmill Hill Farm, the wax came looking and smelling great, but was only 35lbs, I emailed them at 5 in the evening and they emailed me back at 730 Am the next morning and are sending me an additional 5lbs and a jar of honey to make it right. Not only is the wax high quality and the best price per pound in the market, their customer service is above and beyond my experience and expectations. We will be a long time customer. Thank you Windmill Hill Farm!Update: the wax and honey came fast! The wax is smelling great, and the honey tastes amazing, never had creamed honey but its is awesome. Thanks again, we are very happy to have found such a great company. First time customers, customers for life. ??
