I needed a heat element for a electric water heater and they not only had the element but several different ones. I also needed a tool to extract the old one and they also had those available. The most important part was that they were not only helpful but very nice.

The people at this store are always helpful and always have a solution. Went to one of the big do it yourself stores and no one could help.
