We were “up north” on a trip when our 2021 F250 threw an error for DEF which shut the acceleration off at 50mph. We called here on a long shot and they were able to clear the error code when we stopped in. Phenomenal customer service!! You have no idea how much stressed was relieved! THANK YOU!!
