This apartment complex is wonderful! I've been moving my friend in for a week now and I love her apartment as well as the building. Everyone I've met that lives there or works there has been beyond kind and helpful. I'd also give up my country home life for one of those apartments, almost (I love the country life far too much lol)

Nicest place to rent in Croswell easily. There's a beautiful brick exterior and high ceiling loft apartments inside with original beams. Rent would be twice as high in the city.

I lived here in a few different apartments and they were all very nice and clear. It's the only place I will rent an apartment in this area. It rents for what you get I think is spot-on the other people that live in the building are pretty good also management is great and always listen to your concerns and fixes things in a timely manner. I'm currently looking forward to moving in again can't wait.

Beautiful historic building. My wife and I lived at the Cannery for over a year and loved our apartment. Upstairs neighbor had kids and was a little loud which was the only negative. The floors could definitely use more padding.
