Only reason a 2 star was given was because maintenance was fast and prompt at fixing issues quick and fast do very nice apartment loved the storage space that was given did not like that the washer and dryer were constantly breaking down was told we could go into another building to use laundry facilities but shouldn't have too washers and dryers were definitely old and definitely should be replaced moved out end of January only major complaint I have is when you move out don't expect to get your deposit back quick it's been over 30 days and I now have to go to the courthouse to file a complaint with the court because landlord cannot see sure the deposit is returned within the time frame would definitely not rent from Kelley nor Stelvio management ever again if given the opportunity neighbors are allowed to start problems and Kelley evicts people and sides with those who have been living there longer she gives long living tenants unfair seniority no harassment intended here as I'm only giving my honest opinion on how I feel the owners should be rated

Stay away! Owners are rude and mean, They act nice till they get ya in, terrible maintenance repairs, they just blame you!

My dishwasher and sink need replacing. It has been out over a year. Maintenance hasn't done anything to fix problem. While there was a problem with maintaining a clean environment, all rooms were cleaned and scrubbed by a cleaning woman.

It's an OK place to live; our apartment is nice. I wish there was a fence around the playground and no smoking signs. I find cigarette butts I'm the sand every summer which isn't fair to the kids that live here.

How can u have an apartment complex and not have an office. I was just told they work remotely that there is no place to actually go in and talk to someone. Sounds a bit unsafe.

The common areas inside the buildings are filthy, they say they have a company that cleans every two weeks I’ve been here 4 months and I’ve seen my hallway cleaned once. The washer and dryer units do not work well, I keep picking up trash in the hallways and outside by the main door.Rent is ok if heat wasn’t included this would not be a place I keep staying, I luckily got a updated apartment it’s still small, but I have a back view of the place not the parking lot.I plan on staying my year and leaving to find a better fit that has cleaner common areas, there is a small park and it’s quite tho.

In the year and few months we have lived here this place has been amazing. the owners got us in here in record time and the maintenance guys are truly superheroes. The snowfall gets plowed right away (even if its 4 in the morning) and the sidewalks are salted for safety. The hallways and stairs are kept clean and tidy every week and the all around experience we have had here has been amazing. The only annoying thing about this place is that the train goes by up to 37 times in one night, but that's not the apartments fault. Thank you for having us!

Place was better with the old owners. At less they wouldn’t just blame people without knowing specially when we have cameras in the building .This place will never get better going that Route. In the winter time the sidewalks and stairs don’t get shoveled. The old owners we’re good with that he would have people shoveling at night when there’s snow falling. He really cared about us. Now the new ones don’t care but they will take your rent money.

I have lived here for years. The parking lots and walkways used to be cleared by 7 am. They used to salt the parking lot. Since the new owners have been here the parking lot has barely been plowed and if they do plow it it’s late in the day. They actually sent out a text saying their plow broke mid job after the last big storm and had no plan ‘b’ we just had to wait until they fixed the plow. They don’t use salt. The parking lot is a death trap. Ice everywhere. They don’t clear walkways until evenings. Old owners used to have the common areas of the buildings cleaned weekly. We are lucky if this happens monthly now.

All around a great place to live, great neighbors and maintenance is very quick to come if you have a problem! Everyone is friendly, leasing office staff are amazing. Not to mention great pricing and spacious apartments! 10/10 would recommend!

I love where I live, I’ve been living here for about a year in a 1/2.The new owners are great! There’s wonderful people there. The maintenance team is awesome! U have a problem and there right there! I really recommend living here

I have come to visit a tenant there several times during the last few months and there are possibly 1000 wasps flying around building E they have attacked us when we get out of our car and as we enter the door they have landed on my 3 year old sons face at least 3 times in the last 2 weeks and almost flew in his mouth i know for a fact the tenants have complained and yet nothing is being done about this!!! This is a huge safety issue and the owners should be responsible..
