“I've never had a prescription filled here before and I don't have insurance. I left urgent care with not one, but THREE different prescriptions today. My prescriptions were filled within 15 minutes. The pharmacy tech that helped me was incredibly patient as I looked up each prescription on GoodRX and other sites to find the best price. I sat down and wrote out each code and she took it back and re-entered the information and it took well over 50% off my cost. I felt so bad for having to do that, but she was kind and didn't bat an eye.”

“This place is very convenient. Small store, you should be able to find what you need and it has a good selection of beers and meats. Get here early in the AM to get a chance to get some of the most amazing doughnuts - they are so good!! The only downfall is it's a bit pricey here.”

“Skip was very helpful back in the photo department. I came in to ship a FedEx package not realizing that the on-site FedEx location wouldn't have packages available. He went above and beyond to find a spare box to ship my package and even took the liberty of providing bubble wrap and tape to seal it up. Great customer service.”

“Big thank you to all staff at Kroger in Owosso, but especially to Larry who helped me find a German chocolate cake mix, which was hiding way behind other mixes and it's for my husband's Birthday on the 7th! Also to cashier Linda who was great and made checking out wonderful. Not only did I find everything on my list, but most of it was on sale! “Lately, the Pharmacy has been closed on several occasions I have gone there. Due to no Pharmacist being on staff. Thankfully it hasn't happened for any of my most important rx's yet.Walgreens took over my account from the HealthFirst Pharmacy when they closed down. I have been happy with everything. Untill this has started happening recently. That is However the only problem I have had with them. Walgreens has been less expensive. Also, they recognize me when I come in & are for the most part all friendly. They usually fill my Rx's very quickly. If not it's just usually from being understaffed & not the fault of whoever's working at the time.”
