Awful place, I have heard of multiple peoples stuff be taken as well as my own. The owners did absolutely nothing about it. They stated that they had no camera footage of the incident for me to be able to pursue charges You can’t even ever get in touch with anybody besides one lady who is rude and snobby the owners of this facility are out of California and they don’t ever check on the facility.

I would stay away from this place. They will rip you off! I was in the unit for less than 6 months and received a letter by mail telling me that my rent was going up. Then I paid for a month of rent and moved out by the 3rd you would think that they prorated the days like when I moved in but was informed they don't.That's fine. Ha you say that you're competitive priced to what ? Rc lock & storage has better prices so does Siver Vista they also provide power upto 30 minutes 10 x 20 80 dollars a month you want 85 for a 10 x 10. Which is actually a 8 x9. Sorry that you think you have raise your price. Sorry that you are hurting for money

Great place. Rates are very fair, especially for the large units. It's a nice location, right between Grand Rapids and Grand Haven. I see the owners fairly often driving through and the property is well maintained.
