Open sign was off. Waited in line for 20 min. Next up in line and some young girl cuts me in line. She says her parents work there and needs her tires checked. Wasn't about to wait longer for that. Definitely better places to take it.

Came in for oil change and noone was at front desk to help. Finally found help when I was about to leave and was about to pull into the bay for my oil change and someone else blocked me in and I was unable to pull into the bay myself. They waited on person that cut in front of me instead. I left unhappy and with no oil change. Poor customer service.

Thank you to Mark, he helped us tremendously. We were on our way to bring our daughter to get her heart checked out. She had cancer and has a long road ahead of testing.Our alternator went out on the way to her appointment and he had us back on the road in no time, so we were able to get her to her cardiologist appointment.Mark was very kind.
