Too bad the units at the facilty aren't as good. Roll up door of unit would NOT open. Called, they changed to a different unit. That door also would NOT open. Got muddy trying to open. I have asked for a refund. If you are renting a storage unit, see it BEFORE signing agreement and paying. Straps for doors laying outside in rain. Nasty to handle. You are told to call facility manager and just get another sales agent. There is no one on site to deal with. Just an office with a kiosk that did nothing and a vending machine for $15 padlocks that are combination locks. Not the best. Resetting combination destroys screw unit on back of lock. Buy and take your own padlock. Cheaper, and better quality. I would NOT recommend Sparebox storage to anyone!”
