I don’t know why I continue to pay for poor WiFi and terrible service . I don’t understand why there isn’t better options for WiFi or internet in rural areas I guess it’s time to pay for star link.

came to my house sold me told me they would be there on monday to install so i cancelled my service and quess what they dont show. When i call they tell me my address isnt ready shouldnt the sales person have know that? Now no installation untill later in the week never mind i will stay where im at.

If you run into a problem, you have to navigate their terrible AI chat bot and call system that is designed to make it hard to talk to someone. Now I have to wait 15 days to have someone come out to come fix the internet
