“I stopped in the store because my engine light was blinking on the freeway I had to get it on a machine to get a read out. They helped me read the machine and helped me even open the hood of my truck. I was far away from home and traveling by myself. An employee named Cole took the time to help me and held the flashlight for me while I attempted to change the parts on my truck. Another person stopped and helped finish pulling the spark plugs out. He apparently worked a different shift at the store also-because I was quite stranded at that point. The manager and Cole made sure that I got numbers for a few mechanics in the area and that I had directions to the safest motel for the night. They really went out of their way to help me and not leave me stranded in a strange area far from my home. I cannot say enough good things about the employees at this store and their kindness.”

“I had a nice experience at Home Town Chrysler outside of Albion, Michigan, off I-94 West. It was the first time at the dealership. My wife, kim, and I are trying to replace her Jeep Gladiator Truck that was recently totaled. She has her heart set on a mojave, but nothing has been standing out yet for her. I think we bought a Mini Cooper, used, but it's nice. The first time sitting in it was very different than I expected, it is big on inside. The bucket seats are something to try. They are so comfortable that a person instantly sinks into a new world. After a few seconds and a sigh, of happiness, I felt like I was in a fighter jet or race car, I guess. The speedometer goes to 180 mph, I didn't try that option, but the vehicle handles like a high-end kawasaki or yamaha sports bike. It's a very adventurous automobile and a nice change of pace, at 31 mpg. Kim is excited about the car, and I'm happy to have another quality vehicle in our collection. The J.T. is still in the near future, but now she can get the best deal on one and not feel rushed or settle on something she wasn't happy with. It's true the car picks the owner. Thanks, Hometown Chrysler easiest and fastest car purchase I think I ever made. I can say their inventory was down because of the holiday but we still got what we needed. My opinion professional staff, small town friendly handshake feel. Nice,”

“I called the towing number for Auto Owners Insurance Company today 5/20/24. The towing service they used told me 10 minutes or less, 2 1/2 hours later still no one. My husband went over to College Chevrolet in Albion where they called Zicks for me. He was there in 10 minutes. When the other company called they said they were still 20 minutes out. I told them not to bother since Zicks had just arrived. Thank you for this great service. They towed me to the car dealership in minutes. Don't ever use the towing through Auto Owners Insurance Company. I now have their phone number in my phone.”

He was able to get us back on the road quickly! He helped ease us during a tough situation, as we were traveling from out of state! Thanks Chris!”
