“Came in at 3 on dot guys were friendly but herd them constantly complaining about how they close at 3 people should know blah blah blah. Made me feel uncomfortable with level of service I received. Got oil change and two services prolly shouldn't have.....I'm reposting now I've been there again today and customer service was off the charts this time I gave them another time round and they blew me away....I will return...feeling bad about first post but hey they couldn't done better glad I came again tho.....”

“So to make a very long story short, I am just a gentleman who is down on my luck. From losing things like jobs home Truck so on so forth. I finally got my feet underneath me and was doing good for my tires to blow out on my truck. I tried fixing it myself and I could, not. I needed very specific tools to get it off. So I decided I would go to discount on alpine and take care of it. I figured, I'd just ask for some tools and maybe they would lend me them and so I can do it in their parking lot just to put my spare on so I could get home to my wife and kids after another long day at work. When they asked what I needed, I told them they insisted that they could take care of it, but I had informed them that I had no money and was currently negative in my bank account low in behold, they would not let me take care of it. Lol. Instead, they took care of it for me and let me know when it was done. Except for what I thought was a simple spear swap out turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I have been driving around for the past year with extremely bald tires. (To the point of unsafe actually) but single income in a house of four has been ruff. The manger at the store came out of the bay handed my keys said if I needed anything let them know. I started talking saying thank you and went to point out that I needed new ones and noticed they had put new tires on all 4 instead of the one spare. I don't think people understand, that broke me. It's been fight after fight in this life first motorcycle accident, truck repo, lost my house, all in 3 months clawed myself out tooth and nail. Finally after getting thing together this. I knew I couldn't afford it and went anyway. They literally saved my family. Figuratively and literally. I can't even type this without balling my manly eyes out. I almost ended it only weeks ago, but I'm glad I didn't because I now know there's people who still care about those who do struggle. Don't you worry if your reading this and you did this. I swear I will repay this act of peer kindness. Some how some way. God bless all of you in that shop!
