I along with multiple other customers was told to get the F out last night by the girl in the store. How unbelievably unprofessional. Will be contacting their district manager tomorrow as their store manager is on vacation. Will also be calling their corporate office.

After waiting for one customer in front of me, as I approached the counter with my items, the employee said "you know we have a self checkout, right?" 1. Yip. 2. I needed to make a purchase of age regulated product and couldn't use self checkout. 3. I don't work here. I try to be nothing but kind to people and I feel like the wording and demeanor of the associate definitely indicated how much they hate their job and their customers. I don't always love every minute of my job, I can't fathom talking that out on my guests. Generally wouldn't leave this review, I understand that bad times happen. This associate is consistently belligerently rude in any interaction with him that I've witnessed, which is a lot.

To the cashier this morning who said "impatience doesn't look good on anyone" in an incredibly rude tone just because I asked for a bag in a polite manner while you were scanning my items:I don't know why you thought it necessary to say that, and I don't know if you'd been having a bad day or not, but that was so uncalled for. I'm sorry if you thought I was being impolite for asking for a bag, but you need serious work on your people skills.

I noticed the listing says this place is open 24 hours, confirmed by the business five days ago. The last two times I stopped here, both times the station was dark and no one inside. It was about 10 or 11 pm on a Saturday.The Whitecaps had just finished up and was going to get a beverage for the ride home, but no dice.This was about a month ago, so maybe it's changed since then? Will have to check next time Im in the area, which is only once a month or so.Would probably give more stars, but if they aren't open when needed ....

I've been to every speedway in the area multiple times. The Comstock Park store is by far the best, cleanest and best staffed Speedway in the Grand Rapids metro area. The store is always neat and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Love it is right off the highway and it is easy to get in and out the parking lot. Good customer service
