Excellent experience today (Aug 1 afternoon). Tires rotated in 30 minutes, much quicker than usual. Prompt, courteous, and effective service. BIG improvement over past experiences!

Made an appointment, confirmed an appointment, called back with tire information and confirmed appointment again, walk in morning of and we have no appointment . They got us in and it took two hours. All because they can't make an appointment properly.

Look it, it you are going to police your members coming and going, don't sit there and ignore people coming in. I really have other things to do as I am sure the huge crowd that formed behind me today, while the lady looking at cards was too busy catching up with her friend.
