My husband and I visited the Alpine store to inquire about a membership. We already have Costco membership, but we wanted information on the benefits at Sam's club. We were so happy with TONY and our experience with opening a new membership. We also opened a Sam's Club Mastercard and were so happy with the explanation of everything. TONY in customer service was the best!!! He not only helped us with our membership and mastercard, but went the extra mile and helped us set up our app and scan and go.

Went into sams for some items that they were out of which happens. Decide to grab a brownie sunday to go but when i ordered it asked for chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. Was told it can only be ordered with vanilla. Apparently per a manager new rules include following food recipes with no exceptions. Another rediculous rule change at sams. Will probably move to Costco who is far more consumer friendly when this membership term ends.

Hours not as advertised. Ice cream machine broken all summer. They frequently anticipate running out of pizza and won't let you let order a whole pie since they want to sell it by the slice. Also the soda machine was broken. Last time I went they pretty much just had hot dogs, churros and pretzels. As a paying member of the club I expect this to be as advertised.

Really you charge 40 to 100 dollars a year to come get groceries have your shit doesn't even have a price tag on it an another thing I'm not paying a member ship or doing a day pass to spend extra money on your overly huge an ridiculouslot priced crap

I'm a good american and human being and wait in line at the gas pump like everyone else. All traffic needs to flow one way going south (there is even painted arrows on the pavement) but there are idiots that drive through and go north so they can skip the line. I've talked to the management and even the gas tenant they told me there is nothing they can do. Duh! it's your gas station, you can tell them to follow the arrows.
