Perhaps my experience is exclusive to me, but it was too absurd to not leave a note. I called this office to assist my elderly customer with updating her insurance policy and was met with a behavior I could only laugh at because it was so absurd. Glen took my call. I asked for assistance and then, as if we were best friends of 30 years, I get a "sure, let me just drop everything I'm doing to help you with that right now." I responded with a mixture of gasp and laugh and said "if it's going to be an issue I can always call someone else to help us" and he responded with "Nope, I've already said I'll drop everything so what can I help you with" after that I just hung up and called Beams Family Insurance agency where they assisted us without hassle. When I told her about our experience at this agency she had mentioned that this was the agent my customer was assigned. After that call my customer disclosed that she had experienced similar conversations and a lack of follow up from Glen. I just hope that Glen finds the help he needs to ensure that the next time he willingly picks up the phone he's equipped to assist. Even if it is a request for same day assistance.Oh and I did verify with everyone sitting near me if I perhaps sounded rude or said anything that could have provoked that type of response. It wasn't merited and if it was a joke it didn't land well.

We have worked with Glen for about 4 years and would never change insurance companies because of the great service we have always received. He has a great sense of humor, personality and is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients to save them money. Another bonus is he is local to Grand Rapids which means he is easily accessible. Thank you, Glen, for always going that extra mile! Kathy and Mike Drake
