Horrible. They never removed a single tire to tell me what was wrong with my breaks. They quoted me $2500 for repairs and just a t said everything was bad. They said I needed new rotors and calipers on the rear and my car has drums on the rear. Wanted to charge me $67 for break fluid. They have no idea what is actually going on with a vehicle. They are just telling people what they need to hear to spend the most money possible. I took my car to another shop and they quoted me $750 because they actually took the time to figure out what was actually wrong.

Super cool guys and helped me out allot with saving a ton of money. Before trying to service my vehicle themselves they discovered the problem was under warranty and sent me to my dealership. Much appreciated guys!

I had a great experience at Lenz recently when I had my brakes, shocks, and struts replaced. The team was professional and took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. They completed the repairs efficiently, and my car is now running smoothly. I appreciate their attention to detail and good customer service. I would definitely recommend Lenz for any car maintenance needs.

I had my vehicle towed to this location they said the issue was the alternator it was replaced and Paul Call me for pick up after leaving the shop 3 minutes later my vehicle brakes down again. They called me that they couldn't figure out wat the issue was. This place is a scam stay away!! Paul and his technician's are crooked stay away. Worst mechanics in Michigan.

I don't know who did it online but it sounds like it was a scam telling me via text $49.95 to align my front tires. I decided to call them since it was about 20 minutes away and I don't have an appointment. Seems weird just be careful and don't get scammed by someone else

Have had the pleasure of doing business with Paul for the past few years on my older vehicles (30+ years old). Absolutely the most honest shop around. If something is a simple easy fix, they will inform you with complete transparency. Would definitely recommend.
