Wanted to test drive a car sounded horrible and didn't make it 2 min down the road before we had to walk back and tell the guy it was on the side of the road. Honestly more of a scrap yard for broke down cars from what I was seeing. Guy didn't know the price or any information on the car and ignored us when we got back.

Beware Bob will RIP YOU OFF!!! CARS ARE NO GOOD!! NO LICENSED MECHANICS! TIRES BAD BATTERIES DON'T WORK RIP OFF BOBS NOT EVEN A LICENSED MECHANICS ASK HIM TO PROVE IT! CARS INSPECTED BY GUY WHO KNOWS CARS ARE NOT FIXED BY LICENSED MECHANICS most likely getting paid to do so!!!! Or why allow, condone rigged bad cars to be sold huh. UPDATED To Unanimous reviewI will be willing to go to AG & file lawsuit as well let me know

Tony brought my nephew to Bob's & my nephew paid cash & as soon as he tried to leave not even 50 feet his car died!! Battery was NO GOOD. Bob REFUSED to come out & fix for him or give him his money back! He just paid him money & wasn't even gone still at shop & couldn't leave & Bob WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING NOT EVEN COME OUTSIDE OR TALK TO HIM!! My nephew does not know English but said a lady there who spoke a lil Spanish was the only one who tried to help & TONY left wouldn't answer phone when trying to call him something very bad going on there with BOB & TONY DIRTY DIRTY CROOKED STUFF SOMEONE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE BOB DO NOT BUY FROM THERE NOT ONLY PEOPLE WHO have had problems & now I read other reviews of I would have known he is a RACIST NEVER would have let my nephew go there & how he treats woman also & no Certified Mechanics!!!!! I'm going to make appointment with Attorney General & file complaint if anyone wants to go I will post day & time to meet there & then if anyone wants to file a class action lawsuit with me against Bob Bouma if not I'm filing one with my nephew

I felt really welcome but when I arrived the seller told me a higher price than was listed so I told him all I had was the listed price and amount him and I had discussed. I have since then been attempting to contact that person from this dealership and have yet to hear back. My car had no oil in it, last oil change was done in 2009. The car has no cats on the exhaust and I was told the transmission was slipping but it’s not slipping it’s burnt out. Told me the convertible top was brand new and it’s not, I’m horrible condition and leaks in areas. Pricing was well but service was horrible. I will be attempting to contact this dealership again tomorrow 01/15/2024 around 10:15 am. They open at 10am. I am disappointed in this dealership

No corvettes, all damaged and salvaged vehicles. Bob was nice, the longer I looked at van, the more history I found out,. Didnt dare take for test drive, HUGE screw in tire.

Great people, great service, they stand behind the cars they sell. Will come back here to buy all our used cars and for repairs. Just had our brake line go out and they had us pull in and immediately fixed it at a very reasonable price.
