This was a very unusual purchase for me as I am someone who would NOT typically spend this much money on a want versus a need so I was very skeptical throughout the process. This company was extremely easy to work with, very friendly and everything we emailed or spoke about was accurate. Heidi was awesome and when we met she showed me the machine I was buying (Jaws Pin) on the showroom floor. She walked me through many things that I had no idea about and took the time to educate me on the pin, including some things that could be issues. I truly appreciate it and when the pin arrived her teachings came in extremely useful. Again, I truly had no idea what I was in for but I am very happy that I chose this company and I am very happy about my purchase (so far, fingers crossed). The one thing I wish was available was regular showroom hours where someone could just show up without an appointment, including weekends (just because of my own hectic work schedule). It would be cool if they opened a regular pay to play game room open to the public with a wide variety of their products.

Gameroom guys is where I will be buying my pinball machines going forward! What a great experience! I purchased a Stern Godzilla Premium and worked with Mr. Jeffrey Smith. Jeffrey was friendly, helpful, and professional. Even more amazing is that my machine was in stock and I took delivery the next day via FedEx! Gameroom Guys completely exceeded my expectations. Also I had made several phone calls and spoke with Heidi. Heidi was also very customer friendly and nice to speak with on the phone. Thank you Gameroom Guys for a most awesome pinball buying experience. I also wanted to share that I for an additional fee, Gameroom Guys offers FedEx delivery room of choice. I opted for this service as my pinball machine was down a flight of stairs. FedEx did a fantastic job and it was well worth the purchase.

Wanted to say thank you for the 5-star service from Game Room Guys! I bought a pinball game from them recently. Heidi was super-cool and answered all my questions before I made the purchase (Availability, pinball maintenance, questions on art blades, tips on getting it set up, etc), while her and Carrie (also super-cool!) were both in touch when my game was shipped and delivered.It was also easy to schedule a specific day and time-frame to have my game delivered through Fed Ex Freight (done through an email).All in all, I'm enjoying my new game and encourage YOU to take the plunge if you've been thinking about it. Worth it!
