I ordered some copies online. Went to pick them up and they had no record of the order. Turned out I closed my laptop before the order went through. No problem! Noble helped me sort it out and expedited my order so I could be on my way. A+ customer service.

Malcolm and Nobel have wonderful customer service. I stop in multiple times a week for work and they always take care of my shipments quickly and efficiently.

The last time I was there, I got great service from the attendant at the store. The store was busy, grumpy people, and he handled himself really well.

Jake greeted me as soon as I walked in and took care of me the whole time I was there. I wondered whether I should buy the more expensive, heavier-duty envelope but he assured me the one I had picked out would be adequate and showed me how hard it would be to bend. I appreciated his service and was happy with my experience there.

I received and email stating that my print order was completed on the 10th of May. I stopped by the store on the 12th and they had nothing ready. I ordered roughly 40 flyers and a few posters and they only had the posters around which they stated gets sent to them they don't even do it in house. Once they printedy flyers they were all wrong and where not the quantity that I ordered. They also look strange like they are running low on ink... This quick pick up visit should have been less than 3-5 minutes but I have been standing in here going on 15 mins waiting for the staff to print something that should have been completed more than two days ago.Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is that the staff is apologetic and kind. It's not the staffs fault but definitely managements fault. Their seems to be no checks and balances in this location and no one is completing the overdue tasks..

Malcolm was promptly by our side to welcome us and give us assistance. He quicklyhelped us do our printing project and answered all our questions. I don't think I would have been able to have such good results without his assistance. I definitely will come back here.

My bank account shows a $10 charge for 2 copies I printed. The employee came over and showed Me how to use the machine, but I will never use this service again. 2 pieces of regular copies should not cost $10!!!!!

I have been using the Fed Ex Store in Holland, MI for several years and have always had wonderful service. This week I needed to print Save the Date labels from an Excel sheet. It was difficult to have this done correctly and I needed to return to the store twice. This was not the fault of the store staff, the spreadsheet and just using the labels was a challenge. The point is that things happen. I am not upset by having to come to the store twice and take time to wait..I was treated with kindness, respect and by a professional staff. Tassie is amazing. She stuck with the task until it was to my satisfaction. This is why I keep returning for all my printing and mailing needs.
