I can’t speak on the other employees but the one who served me on today asked partial questions while getting irritated that I didn’t understand what he was asking me. That’s not the way to conduct business at all. Then to imply that my hearing was the problem and not the fact that he mumbled, hardly enunciated and barely asked full questions. Just because it’s everyday run of the mill for them doesn’t mean the same for me. I don’t speak FedEx 🤷🏾♀️

Don't waste your time here. Employee (female w/short hair) refused to ship an Amazon return unless I purchased more packing materials. Nothing breakable and I had more packing materials than Amazon shipped it with originally. Now I have to drive to another location to find a rational employee.

I was in last week to return a package. It was being shipped internationally, I was provided a FedEx return label per the seller. I would figure that FedEx.com would generate the appropriate labels for a package with the correct address information entered. I was told by Gretchen, though the system accepted the label just fine, She had suspicion that it was not correct and required different labeling. So she couldn’t process my return. I didn’t understand why she was unable to process my return, though I received a notification on my iPhone stating the return had shipped?… Her comment that the system had no issue accepting the return label but she decided to cancel my return based off bias international return label knowledge? The discussion got nasty and I accepted her apology…but I spent 30-40 minutes there when I could have been out of the door in 5 minutes. She decided to send my return out after all and it was delivered today just fine.

Had an incredibly pleasant first visit. Gretchen was amazingly helpful, bubbly and sweet to my kids. I will be back again! As a homeschool mom in the area various printing needs are a must! Thank you Gretchen!

I went in today needing a lot of guidance and assistance. Gretchen greeted me at the door with a smile and friendly greeting. Really put me at ease. She also greeted every other customer who came in as well with a smile and positive attitude.
The staff was friendly and Madeline was especially sweet to my young daughter. The store is clearly ran very well and obviously has excellent management. I'll be using this FedEx location for as many shipping needs as possible. Thanks to you all for your patience and help today!

I’m so happy I was able to find where Gretchen went. She was right next to my work on the 28th street FedEx and then went missing!!!!! I had to stop in here for a quick document to print and she was working. Great to find where she went!

I came in this morning on my way to work.Gretchen was so helpful to the woman in front of me that needed assistance mailing a package. Great service. Nice and very clean location.

I wanted to mention how helpful and grateful I was to have Gretchen at the FedEx store today.!! She was friendly, positive, and handled the overwhelming amount of people and packages so well while balancing the lengthy project I had her working on. I appreciate her going the extra mile to help everyone with kindness who came in.

Nasty rep at the packing counter. Complained the whole time he was clacking on his computer. Sad excuse for a branch. I was there at dec 30th ~5/pm. They are now charging me because whoever is in charge of the scale thinks a 30 pound computer case is 90 pounds. Ridiculous scam practice. I am now being charged 50$ for SHIPPING A COMPUTER CASE. Please never use this branch!

The staff and customer service are lovely. FedEx as a company is a total joke. The customer service reps make me want use FedEx again. FedEx as an entity doesn't make me want to use FedEx again.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the willingness and friendliness of the Manager (Gretchen) - she went ABOVE and BEYOND with her customer service and help. I cannot thank her enough for all she did today.

The customer service that was given was lack luster. The African American gentleman was not welcoming, nor did he seem to even want to do his job. I bought 8 tires and the tires was routed to this location. The phone call that i received from Gretchen was AMAZING. She was cheerful, delivered the ultimate customer service by telling me the hours of operation and how I can come pick up the items. I hate to leave a review with such low stars. If I had to rate my experience on solely Gretchen then it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, due to him I can’t do that.
