Well, I am glad to see that we haven't gotten a response after we've contacted multiple times. I cannot believe the responses that this owner has given to these reviews. I haven't even had the chance to meet you and I wouldn't bring my dogs to you if you were the last available. Wow. Just wow.

I have boarded my dogs at this kennel for about 15 yrs total. The owner has taken extra precautions with my dogs even one of my dogs who was a escape artist. She made sure my dog would be safe by taking extra measures to keep her in the kennel. Not a typical problem, I am sure! I highly recommend this kennel. I just got a new dog and will be bringing him here as well. I am confident he will be safe and cared for.

We’ve boarded at Chases on a few different occasions over the years. My little old pups did fine with them, and if I ever needed to board them again, I would definitely bring them back to Chases! My dads wild and crazy shepherd stayed there for a week while my dad transitioned to a retirement home. Tina worked with him and helped him with his leash training. He is now the most popular resident in the retirement community and loves his daily leash walks to visit his “friends”. Thanks Chase’s!!!

Great place, we have been leaving our dogs here for the past 10 years and have not been disappointed. They were always well taken care of. I would highly recommend this place.

We love this kennel! Tina is nothing but professional when we talk with her. We have no doubts that our two dogs are well taken care of when they are with her! We have worked with her for 8+ years

I’ve been bringing my dog here for years! They have always been very accommodating. I was sad when they had to close due to Covid, but they are up and running with new guidelines. Times are different now but I know I can always rely on this kennel to care for my dog when I’m out of town or have a long day at work. Keep up the great work! Thanks for all that you do, even in difficult times.

The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional as I’m sure you can see from her responses to other reviews. She is never at fault, quick to blame others, and always has to have the last word. I’m sure if she sees this review she will have some kind of reasoning where it was our fault. The kennel was not even close to prepared for our dog. There were no kennels ready when we arrived and when we reached out to try and figure it out the owner gave us a horrible attitude. Thankfully her husband happened to be outside and helped us find a kennel for our dog and get us fresh water for the kennel. We then left after getting the dog situated, and the owner continued her rude messages to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our dog with her. We turned around and picked him up. We will never be back and I would suggest the same for everyone else.

We have been bringing our dog Ruger here for 4 plus years and have zero issues. The owner has always been very friendly to me and accommodating with our schedule and needs. One of the previous kennels that we used our dog would always come home dehydrated. He is healthy and happy when we pick him up and I don't have to worry about if he's been fed or given water. Also the kennel never smells bad.

Owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. My husband and I left the drop off both agreeing that we have never been treated by someone the way the owner talked to us. When we went to the meet and greet, they showed us where the key was and told us how to put the dog in the kennel in case no one was there. When we got there in the morning, the owner came out and met us at our car and accused us of trespassing and trying to “sneak on private property.” We were bringing our dog back to her spot and another dog started barking and she yelled “shut up, I’ll get to you. It isn’t 8 o’clock yet!” After arguing with us for a while and belittling us she said “just get in your car and go.” If we didn’t have a flight to catch, we would not have left our dog there. When we went to pick our dog up, again the place was dark and no one to be found but the board said we owed $45 more than what we actually owed. No explanation why. We will never go back and personally think this place should be shut down. Very rude and poor business etiquette. We had a very bitter taste in our mouth when we pulled away without our dog. When dropping off your family pet, you shouldn’t have to worry when you’re gone if your pet will be okay. Sadly, at this kennel, that’s the feeling you get.

I always know that Chase and Sam will be well taken care of whenever they here and I wouldn't leave them with anyone else! Thanks Tina and all involved for your great care of my two buddies

Owner has very poor business etiquette. People are unable to provide feedback without being retaliated against for doing so. Does not accept any responsibility for anything, but rather will post your feedback as a picture on the companies Facebook page to further embarrass and belittle you to other viewers. All in all, I'm happy things played out as they did as just from my little experience with the owner left a pit in my stomach. I can't imagine what happens when people aren't around.
