“very convenient, wash is great. Love the dual vacuum sizes, but I don't like that they close at 6 pm Sundays, I work late at night, rideshare driver, so I'm usually not out till after 6 pm, so I have to have 2 wash memberships just to be able to wash my vehicle on Sundays. Also, I understand that closing time is set at a specific time but it would be nice if the vacuums could go maybe 5 minutes past closing while people are using them instead of immediately at the stroke of the clock. Other than that, I love the friendly, always smiling staff.”

“The process was simple and straightforward. I dropped off my keys in the designated box in the short-term parking lobby and they took it from there. When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. The exterior and interior were spotless. Anything I had left in the car was bagged and securely stowed in the trunk. I couldn’t have expected any better service. And I saved money on parking! I highly recommend the service and will definitely be a repeat customer.”

They break everything down and are so transparent. They don't try to upsale or push things you don't need. Their prices are fair and not outrageous. From the mechanics to the front desk everyone is friendly. I just had to get rid of my car and they handled everything for me and went above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough for all that they have done for me and my car. “Just wanted to thank both the owner and maintenance guy at the Knapp location for both being class acts.
My 40+ year old van decided it didn’t like getting wet and wouldn’t start for me Saturday night as the evening settled in and I completed my wash. The maintenance guy offered some insights and assistance to me to get the van rolling again, and with some patience, I was rolling again but the man was gone for me to thank before I left. If he’s been working for ya for 25 years that’s definitely telling, props to you.

“I can't believe how great my car looks after K&G detailed it. I feel like I have a new car. The car was great inside and out. Every cup holder and odd space was totally cleaned. The seats, carpets, and liners were free of dog hair, dirt, fuzz, and the occasional French fry. If you want a new car feel in your car, K&G is the place to go.”

“Courteous team. Never leaves scratches on my finish like another car wash nearby. Vacuums suck - in just the way you want em too. I could do without the towel dry bar at the end. It leaves dirty streaks. But overall great for years!”
“I'm always pleased with the quality of your services, which I've enjoyed for about ten years. I pay for two vehicles listed under Robert Johnson. For several weeks, my unlimited sticker has not worked. I've complained every time. Today, employees Marquae and Keith listened to my complaint and addressed it. They quickly removed the old sticker and adhesive and replaced it. We circled around, and now it works again. Thanks again to Marquae and Keith, who really sparkled and shined!”

“It's a basic self-serve car wash. The owner doesn't take much pride in it though cuz the place is always filthy with garbage laying around. It does take credit cards though which is a plus. The equipment all seem to work well. We just be nice not to have garbage laying everywhere..”

“Pretty pleased with the Titanium program. The process is ok except for the blow dry system. It doesn't adequately dry the rear of my Forester well at all. Have to bring towels to dry it off, if not it's all waterspot dried on by the time I get home.”
“We went here for the fast charger. The right side charger was partially broke, so the cord then applied too much tension on the plug so it wouldn't charge. So you'll want to use the left side charger.”

“Was not as busy today as it can be sometimes. I have an SUV with a little ledge over hanging the rear lift gate, there is always water spots left, maybe one set of air hose could be directed specifically for that area, might also have one set for outside mirrors. Nit- picking I know,,just saying..well worth the monthly payment for sure.”
