“I brought my car to Abra for repairs after an incident with a stone pillar while backing up. Once the parts were in, I dropped my car off on a Tuesday afternoon and picked it up on Friday.
Luc and the office staff were prompt in the entire process, quick to get an estimate, work with the insurance company, order parts and communicate where my car was in the repairs process.
The location is great as well, being close to Enterprise if a rental car is needed. The paint job was great & the car actually looks newer than before! They also noticed and buffed out a scratch unrelated to this incident!”
“It is never fun to have to deal with tire issues but the team at this location has done a great job of being very accommodating and is great at communicating. So far we have purchased 1 standard set, 2 winter sets, had a swap over for both vehicles and multiple repairs. Only real downside is trying to exit the facility.”

“I got the Zurich Shield stain protection plan when I got my Buick so when I noticed I had some stains on my front seats I decided to get them taken care of. I made my appointment through Fox Shine Detail center and the entire process went smoothly. They had great flexibility allowing me to drop off my car at 8:15am before work and pick it up after I get out at 5:30pm. As you can tell by the photos they took care of the stains! They really did a great job. I’d highly recommend taking your car to get taken care of by them.”
“I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I've had an ongoing issue with all four of my tires always being low and having to add air to them. I took it to the company where I bought them (no need to name them) and they wanted to charge me $20 a tire to address the issue. With winter coming I had to resolve my tire issue. I was prepared to buy 4 new tires, and I almost did at Discount Tire!!!! Thankfully, I called Belle Tire on a Saturday and Joe and suggested I just come in so they can take a look at my tires. They helped me right away and told me that my tires still had life and that they could address my issue of having to constantly put air into my tires. Joe was awesome and provided me updates. I am happy to say... they resolved my tire issue! They could have sold me 4 new tires but instead they resolved my issue and charged me nothing!!!! Note: these are tires that I did not purchase at Belle Tire. I highly recommend Bell Tire and Joe!!!”
“i had a lincoln that was sandwiched between 2 cars. probably should have been totaled but i decided to fix the car. Body work is their expertise but there are other parts that are damaged that took 3 tries to get it right. it looked beautiful after but i do wish everything was done correctly on the first visit”
“Excellent experience with Glass America.Called Safelite first and the price for rear glass on our 2010 Minivan made my mouth drop! Glass America beat them by being over $150 cheaper.I was a tad skeptical but read reviews like the one I'm leaving and took a chance.The service was great. Tech was prompt and courteous. “I was helped by Mr. Steve Hollman this morning and can't say enough positive things. After an unexpected snow, my morning was thrown off. I had already scheduled new tires, but I wasn't sure how badly I needed them until I started driving that morning. I called because I was running late/sliding all over the roads, and he was very gracious. Upon arrival, I asked him to provide advice on the tires I selected online which he had already reviewed that morning after my call. He was very honest with me that my choice was worse than the tires I had on my vehicle, which I knew would not be okay as I am carting around 2 littles most of my day and need to be able to safely commute. He spent the time with me to review the options and explain in detail what the ratings and benefits were for each, discussing costs, etc. and I am VERY happy with the selection. I could tell a difference instantly upon driving off the lot. The best news? They were cheaper than the ones I had on the car to begin with! But much higher quality and right for the type of driving we do here in Michigan. I also waited in the lobby to work and they did it in less than an hour. He also made sure to talk me through the warranty, rebates, and other benefits that come with my purchase (basically, free roadside service and repairs!). All in all, they took such great care of me and my family and I am so grateful! And Steve, you were right about the tires - they drive GREAT in our unplowed street and up hills (whereas I was sliding backwards down the same roads just an hour before). It feels like I have AWD! THANK YOU!”
