My husband, Kyle, and I ABSOLUTELY love Alpine FBBC and the staff! They make the workouts fun and achievable! Their energy and excitement is contagious! The workouts are only 30 minutes BUT you’ll leave feeling like you worked out for an hour - seriously! I love that when I am struggling to finish a workout, one of the coaches will come up beside me and do the exercise with me! FBBC has definitely become apart of my daily routine! Love you guys!!

We attended prior to covid and just recently rejoined. I have tried many other things to lose weight or become healthier that have never stuck. P90x, beach body, keto, Atkins, medical weight loss, running, and pumping iron. Fit body is a workout experience like no other and I crave to go back.The coaches are friendly and helpful with high energy to keep you motivated throughout the workout. The short 30 minute workouts allow for us to get in and out to enjoy the rest of the day energized and ready to go.What I like best is the strength that I have from these workouts. I have more energy to carry throughout the day and I can do more physical activities than any other program I’ve tried. I was able to run a 5k without training and beat my personal best. I can keep up with my kids during any activity. Fit body has given met life back, one worth living as I can do more of the things I enjoy.If you want to hear more about my experience, send a message. I absolutely love Alpine Fit Body Boot Camp. I joined the gym about a year ago, not really knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the small group training and the level of knowledge of the coaches with not only work out plans but also nutrition and lifestyle changes. The coaches and other boot campers do such a great job of creating and fasciliating an environment that is encouraging, uplifting and so positive. Going to the gym has not become part of my daily routine that I look forward to. The coaches help hold me accountable and will reach out to see how they can help accomplish goals and also maintain them. I highly recommend trying Alpine FBBC! I think you will fall in love and keep coming back!

The Fit Body model and the specific coaches at the Alpine location have been instrumental on my fitness journey. After college I got lazy! And I got busy! FBBC helped me to get motivated and active with schedule-friendly workouts and incredibly personable coaches. And these 30 minute workouts take more out of me than I ever thought they could. I was always convinced I needed like 3-hour workouts to see results. Not true. The proof is here. It’s been a huge unlock for me, especially as my life has established more work and family routines. Great place to workout! The coaches care, the 30 minute workouts are different every day & really push you to work hard. The facility is clean & the coaches are always upbeat. This is the first time in my life I have worked out regularly & I have kept at it for almost 5 years now through FBBC.

I would highly recommend attending Alpine Fit Body Boot Camp because it’s a fun and great way to get your workout in. If you’re like me, I didn’t know what to do when I went to the gym but here the coaches come up with awesome workouts daily. It’s like a family here and you really feel connected to the coaches and people. Everyone is there to help with their great attitudes and high energy. For real, this is the place to be.?

This is a wonderful place to workout! The 30 minute workouts are different each day & focus on different muscle groups so you don’t overwork them. Some days might be a strength day focusing on an upper body push and lower body pull, some may be metabolic conditioning, some focus on reps while other focus on max weight. I love that it’s mindless- the weights and exercises are programmed prior- everything is ready for you as you enter the door and there is no thinking required (this is a good thing if you attend the early morning sessions ?) The coaches are excellent and really push you to work hard. They will give you modifications to exercises, correct your form, and throw some heavier weights at you to challenge you. It’s like having a personal trainer in a group session. Each coach knows each and every client’s name and they always make you feel welcome. AFFBC coaches are always upbeat and fun. There is always great music that accompanies each workout. I now wake up at 4:30 am to get my workout in before work and my day is not the same if I miss a day at FBBC. It really is the best 30 minutes of my day.

HIGHLY recommend! The coaches are knowledgeable, personable, and they CARE about you. I love that I get in a high quality, good workout everyday in just 30 minutes. I've gained friends and family through this gym.

There is an atmosphere of Family along with the fitness. The coaches work hard every day to provide exceptional motivation and encouragement to help you reach and maintain goals. Just when you think you have mastered an exercise they change it up. Never a dull or boring workout.

I love that I get a great workout in an half an hour. I'm in and out but still feel like I worked hard. I love the encouragement from the coaches. Even though there are a lot of clients they still know who I am and are always happy to see me. I also like that they are watching during the workout to make sure I am doing it correctly. They truly are invested in my health and fitness success.
