“This auto repair place is a hidden gem in Waterford. Located behind the Arby's on highland road this family-owned business will bend over backwards to take care of their customers. I needed a tire repair to continue working and they were able to fix it almost immediately despite having other business to also take care of. They got me back on the road and delivering pizzas again with zero hassle and a great attitude. I would recommend highly.”

“On Monday I went to ask about the 4 tires for my car, they ordered them and within an hour they called me that I could go and install them, in 1 hour my car was ready, they changed the 4 air valves and the TPMS continued to work correctly , very grateful to the guys who did the work and I think Jake took care of me, his attitude was excellent (sorry if I remember his name wrong) but they are very professional, I 100% recommend this store, thank you very much”
“Came here with my 2021 Mercedes Sprinter van to have an alignment done after installing new front struts on my own. These guys took us in right away and aligned my van PERFECTLY! I would absolutely refer anyone with a Sprinter (there aren’t too many that can handle an extended high roof van!) or any other vehicle to them! Totally worth it.”
“Today I went to Discount Tire on Grand River in Novi MI. I go there twice a year to switch from factory wheels for winter and chrome wheels in summer. My last visit there was a couple little hiccups in the service. I spoke to Nick the owner/manager about it last winter after he read my review. He called me same day. Said if I gave them another chance he would make sure everything went smoothly. When I walked in he acknowledged me by name and said let’s get you taken care of. My appointment was 11:45 I left their store at 12:15. Only 30 minutes later. During the service one of the shop people came in and said it will only be a few minutes more. They met me right away knew why I was there referred to me by name and had me out in 30 minutes. It wasn’t just a wheel swap they had to swap my tires to my summer wheels also. I was given my keys and a receipt for no charge. I’m very happy with the service I received and glad I went back. I would recommend them to anyone for their tire needs. “I don't usually leave good reviews, but this one is a must. Mike, one of the mechanics found out quick the issues with my car, a bad control arm, that other 3 shops couldn't diagnose. One of the wheels was wobbling and I went two 3 shops and they all said it's because of the tire which was worn up on one side. No one actually diagnosed for me that the uneven wear comes from a loose mechanical important safe keeping part that could've put me or someone else in danger. Also, Chris worked out a finance deal for me for 6 months where I don't have to break the bank right away. All in all, amazing experience.”

“I had to get my tire repaired due to a nail in it. I normally hate going to body shops because as a woman who stereotypically does not know much about cars, I feel awkward and don't want to be pressured into unnecessary sales. I walked in and was helped within a minute at the most. Brock was very nice and helpful with no pressure but still pointed things out to me that may be needed in the future. I was offered coffee and water as well. The repair was at no cost and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting room was pretty warm and very outdated looking but those are just minor nitpicky things. Very happy to have fast service and a no pressure/no stress environment. I will definitely be back!”
