I thought they would be extremely busy today since it was just before the holiday. They had a spot open for me so I decided to get it taken care of today. Great job Discount Tire!”
“I hit a couple bumps in the road while attempting to get tires. First attempted to do it online and schedule an appointment for install at the Livonia location but something happened and the tires were no ordered so when I went to my appointment they were not there. Ordered tires when I was there because they did not have them in store (unusual size) and when they came in only 3 came in. Erick and Luke worked with me and even though I am sure I annoyed them with my calls, they were professional and respectful. Switched to tires that they had in store, dropped my car off and it was done within an hour. So, even though there were some mishaps and some wasted time, I believe they did what they could, and, they helped me out a bit, too. I would recommend this location. The reason for 4 stars was because of the online ordering portion and speaking to someone in the chat and that person straight up lied... if it even was a person. You never know these days lol.....”
“I don't usually leave good reviews, but this one is a must. Mike, one of the mechanics found out quick the issues with my car, a bad control arm, that other 3 shops couldn't diagnose. One of the wheels was wobbling and I went two 3 shops and they all said it's because of the tire which was worn up on one side. No one actually diagnosed for me that the uneven wear comes from a loose mechanical important safe keeping part that could've put me or someone else in danger. Also, Chris worked out a finance deal for me for 6 months where I don't have to break the bank right away. All in all, amazing experience.”
“Jacob and ish were so helpful and professional. I actually came from the Chevrolet dealership in novi/feldman. They messed up my wheels and did not do a proper job balancing. And Charge Thank Overcharged me on purpose I am beyond frustrated with them, but very pleased with these guys. They went above and beyond to fix a mistake that wasn’t even theirs. If anybody around, Novi needs any tires or any Work on tires done come here and see Jacob and ish.”

“I had to get my tire repaired due to a nail in it. I normally hate going to body shops because as a woman who stereotypically does not know much about cars, I feel awkward and don't want to be pressured into unnecessary sales. I walked in and was helped within a minute at the most. Brock was very nice and helpful with no pressure but still pointed things out to me that may be needed in the future. I was offered coffee and water as well. The repair was at no cost and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting room was pretty warm and very outdated looking but those are just minor nitpicky things. Very happy to have fast service and a no pressure/no stress environment. I will definitely be back!”
