We went to this particular Walmart on a Thursday around 5-5:30pm, and it was pretty busy. It was busy but the store was very dirty as it is normal for this particular Walmart. After we finished picking up the few items that we needed for grilling on the upcoming weekend, we headed to the checkout, but when we got to the checkout, we nearly cried!
You would think that on a Thursday at nearly dinner time, Walmart would have more than TWO CASHIERS working! We asked the cashier if everyone went on break at the same time or something, but the cashier said, "NO, this is what they almost always have for cashiers at dinner time." She also told us,"It never seems to bother the management that the customers get very mean, and some customers almost get violent towards the cashiers. She also said that when the lines get as long as they were that evening (5-8 customers in both lines), the customers always yell at them. I guess that Walmart doesn't care enough about taking care of the customers enough to put something into place to cover busy times (cross training or having more cashiers on the schedule) or take care of the employees that are working. Sorry Walmart, but I felt the need to post just how bad and frustrating it was in this particular store.

Crazy! I went in there at about 5:30 pm on a Friday and parked right up front! The store was clean and organized, and I didn't see one empty spot on any of the shelves. When I went to check out there were 4 registers with a cashier open!!! I was able to walk right up, chat with the friendly cashier, and get out! It was one of the best walmart experiences I have had. Lol

I had a wonderful experience today at this Walmart. It is not the one I usually go to, but I had a big day of errands and it made sense to stop here. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of Birthday cakes prepared. I was able to get a confetti cake( just what my son wanted) and I was helped by a super nice guy, Ebube. He wrote my son’s name on the cake and chatted with me the whole time. I may be driving a little extra to come to this one from now on. Thanks for making my day a little brighter Ebube!

Yesterday, Saturday June 1st, it was a busy day at the store. Among other things I needed to pick up a birthday cake. I was hoping I could get the cake customized (my wife’s name etc). The girl behind the counter was very busy, so I thought my chances were slim. Lucky Jasmine (hope I spelled it correctly), was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to make it perfect (she was very quick so it didn’t take a lot of time). She represents Walmart very well and is a true asset to your store! Thanks again Jasmine!

I hate this place
I hate the rude customers
I hate the ignorant staff
I hate the arrogant rude management
Yep about the same Every time I go to one of these
But as a bonus today the "greeter" stared & scowled at my 2 young daughters as they walked in
I was several yards behind them watching it play out
I felt like saying something Very loudly, then remembered where I was
I just walked up to my girls gave him a hard stare & told them come on

Lisa, the cashier, is EXTREMELY rude! Tonight will have been my family’s 3rd time going through her line. The 1st time, she was rude. I didn’t say anything, I let it slide and to top it off, she messed up our order and the entire order had to be rang up again by her supervisor. The 2nd time, she messed our bill up again and someone else had to scan everything over again. To be clear, our grocery bill is always over $500+, so this was NOT a quick thing. This time, my oldest son saw her it was her when getting in line and started to turn around because he knew how she was in the past and didn’t want to be bothered. However, there weren’t any other lines opened so I insisted we get in her line. Well, my son was right! She had the nerve to tell my “Black” son to take the groceries and put them in the cart. The issue is, she didn’t ask him nicely. She said it rudely. So, I immediately said to her, “don’t do that”. I guess she didn’t like that. I didn’t care because that was my child and I didn’t like how she spoke to him. Then, she told my husband, a CASH PAYING CUSTOMER, in a very rude tone, “don’t take the bags from the carousel, take them from the top because they mess up my process”. Again, we don’t work here. I ended up walking away to find her supervisor, Kelly, of what was going on and how we were being treated. By the time I walked back, Lisa was harshly placing our bags on top of the carousel so much so she ended up dropping cookies on the floor. She didn’t apologize or say anything. I want to point out that Lisa was of the caucasian race and we are not. This bothered me so much as it seems like every time we go through her line there’s an issue. I’d also like to point out that I witnessed her having a kind conversation to the caucasian male that was in her line before us. She didn’t even greet us. I had to say “hi Lisa, how are you today?”…. The experience was just terribly unpleasant and she should be let go.
So, eventually I asked Lisa, “ do you treat all of your customers this way”?! She didn’t respond, so I asked her again. Lisa ended up walking away and telling her supervisor “take over, I can’t with them” or something like that…. MIND BLOWING! I didn’t know yell at her, I didn’t use profane language or anything of the sort. This incident made me feel as if Lisa was racist and purposefully mistreated us due tot the color of our skin.
