Very upset with this company who bought JJ's food Mart in Onsted Michigan. We are a very close net community here in Onsted. They just bought this store and raised the price of coffee from $1.48 to $2.25 a cup. I will no longer support this store and will start a protest telling everyone to shop elsewhere for everything. You can't be an outsider and come into our community and price gouge the fine people of Onsted.

Company discriminates and does not follow Michigan laws and regulations. Will pass information over to correct authorities.

The little 12 year old-looking kid closed the store 30 minutes early (conveniently right as I was getting out of the car). They should have let an actual adult run the place. Disappointed.

The old lady on nights that has a patrooding stomach is very rude and disrespectful to customers. Also talks negatively about other gas station employees. Used to love going here not anymore! I never leave bad reviews but this lady should really not be working in customer service.

Staff is terrible. Lady acts like she can’t understand English and the guy stands back there and just watches her do it. He actually laughed. I always go to this gas station but never again. The lines are always long because the service is garbage.

The manager is rude. I work for the # one parts company in the US. I came to full my gas tank and take a leek. They guy said it's out of order. What he doesn't understand is its always been out of order to crack heads. Not working people on the road. I have been coming here since it opened. But never again.

Sunday July 4th, 2021, I was standing in line. There was a customer checking out and I was next. A man walks into the store and begins exchanging words with the cashier. As the customer ahead of me is done checking out, the man who walked into the store cut in front of me and sets his items down to be checked out. That was very rude and disrespectful. The cashier begins ringing his items up. Also, very rude and disrespectful. I had to mention twice to the customer who cut AND to the cashier that I was next in line, even though we all knew this already. It wasn't until after I said something twice that the cashier moved the man's things aside and rang me up instead. This is horrible customer service. As an employee, you have no control over what any customer does. But you have control to properly handle the situation. The cashier should have never began to ring him up. I should have never had to even say anything. She had no respect for my time and my right as a consumer. As a patron who has visited this establishment weekly for the past year, this was a huge turn off and I did not feel welcome. VERY GHETTO. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
