This place is a joke. They never can do anything here. Everything here is impossible or almost impossible to do, while in Novi I did it with no problem. Don’t waste your time to come here

Went into T-Mobile Monday for a new line & activation. I was told my monthly payments would be $82 a month. Yesterday brought my bf up there to get him on my plan but ended up not going through w it. I asked the sale rep to cancel putting him on my line. He said he did. I received a text today stating that my bill is $119 per month. I go to check and Not only did he leave line that I told him to remove ACTIVE but he added another line and I’m also being charged $95 a month on a 55+ plan. I’m 28. Train your sales reps better because you are screwing people over. Now I have to call the customer service line to remove these extra accounts and change my phone plan to what I had asked him to put it as the 1st time. I refuse to pay $119 when my bill is supposed to be less then that

I recently switched carriers and upgraded two phones. Worked with Tree and Preston during this process and was very pleased with their help. Tree very patiently explained the process of switching carriers as well as helped me set up my new phone. Preston was great explaining all the features and options available on the new iPhone. My experience with these two was much better than I previously had with over 20 years of being a Verizon customer.

Very unprofessional staff. I added lines to my plan & was told my bill would be a certain amount, & when I got my bill it was higher than I was told. I went in to ask why & see if they could help & he did absolutely nothing but was rude to me. I DO NOT recommend this location at all.

Being in the customer service business..I understand how sometimes customers can misrepresent how they were treated at a particular place..but today..I was treated poorly. The person who tried to help me..if you want to call it that was rude and condescending. The short experience was terrible..do not go here!

Came in for network issues. Called customer support multiple times with no resolution. Finally went in to this TMobile store and within 2 minutes Preston resolved the issue and was amazingly helpful. Give him a raise immediately. Thanks to Preston for getting my phone back on the network and back into the 21st century. I highly recommend going in to this store and make sure you ask for Preston, he was awesome.

Preston was very professional and very kind . He was very patient and helped us buy two 13 max iPhone !Mike , the manager had really good suggestions too for us . Great service . Definitely will recommend, Preston from this store to our family and friends !
