Worst car wash , I ‘ve been to. The consultant tried to show me some offers and make me wait 30 min to say the offer is not available. I was super frustrated and took the wash anyway for the full price . My frustration got even worse, I felt like I came out of a quick rain. No wash, no shampoo, even the dust is still sitting on my car. Worst experience.

Hadn't been to this location for the past few months. But, they used to do good work from my past experiences. They've add self service kiosks since my last visit. Just paid the highest prices in the area. And, I left with a vehicle still covered with bug guts all over the front end and mirrors. Feeling like I just got ripped off.

I asked the attendant, pushing the buttons and running the cars through. Hey, any reason you spent 4 mins on the car ahead of me? Note that he didn't spray or brush the drivers side. That car was very dirty. Also, we don't spray or brush the wash does that. With all the reviews, when are you guys going to step and take care of your customers. They also scratched all over the car because they ran the towels though the sand and mud to dry the car.

I appreciate the convenient location and membership. But I’m starting to notice it’s ruining my paint job. Scratches and swirls more than I’ve ever seen ever. Please if you are reading this, take the time to reinvest in your equipment.

That's funny, I sat and honked and blocked the car wash for 5 minutes, no one was working there apparently, no manager to ask. I just go to another car wash now

Nice people in this particular car was, very pleasant and welcoming and most importantly NOT rude like the other car washes around. I recommend this car wash because my car is super clean after the wash

Stay away from this place if you like your car. This place is scam. Their equipment and employees are not able to handle ice and snow. Went today once again, I thought the new owner will be more responsible, but if wishes were horses the beggars would ride. Stay as far as possible, this place is scam, they take your money even if you pay platinum price, they will run the most chippiest wash. One more thing, those who are giving them 5 star reviews are the ones who work there, or, they are totally blind

Be very careful at this car wash. If you drive up to the payment kiosk and one of their employees come to help you,make sure the options he/she is selecting. Went for a car wash today and the person who came to help at the payment kiosk decided to give himself a $15 tip on a $14 wash!! Luckily my credit card didn't go through the first time and I glanced at the total that I was being charged. A bunch of crooks.

I took my car here today to get a full detailing inside and out. Chad did such an amazing job that my car looks like it just came out of the showroom. I even had a spot of sap or something like that on my driver's side door that they were able to remove as well. This location is not close to my house at all, but I am willing to drive to Commerce township to get such amazing service again.

I give them 5 stars for hiring people that have no concept of how to do a job worth tipping. I gave 5 stars because I don’t think there is anyplace in the area where you can pay so much and get so LITTLE for your money. I gave them 5 stars because this is the only place I’ve been to in years that has jacked the prices by 50% and expect that to be good for business. I give them 5 stars because the workers there think that once they put soap on your windshield they think that you can’t see them stop cleaning any other part of your car. And I gave them 5 stars because they hire the WORLDS WORST WINDOW driers in the world. Also they need to change their sign to read hand smeared windows ONLY. By the way any employees that are working here must have drug records because there are hundreds of businesses in the area hiring for $13-$15 an hour if you can pass a drug test. So 5 stars for the rehab program also I guess.
