Live close to this location and never seems they're open I used to go there a lot this new manager started coping attitude with me cuz I asked him where something was i think he said his name was Gary or Brandon I was very upset so I didn't stay around and verify his name this doesn't change I will we going somewhere else I'm trying to be loyal even if he isn't

After this being my pharmacy for 15 years I had to make sure to leave a review today after getting off the phone with Rod. He’s the absolute best!!! So kind and sweet and makes life heck of a lot easier when having to figure out insurance haha. You and your team are the best- keep it up!!

The pharmacy has medications are only available at other local pharmacies must special order. The pharmacist and staff are helpful and cheerful.

As someone who never leaves reviews, I have to share my story: I became disabled last year, and have struggled with my physical and mental health since. Due to the invisible nature of my health problems, I've dealt with a lot of questioning, rude assumptions and horrible service from both doctors and pharmacies, and I switched providers multiple times until finding this rite aid. Since then, I have always had my medications in a timely fashion, and I've always felt comfortable and respected by the staff. During my visit today, they even helped me get medication that I need to function after my doctor forgot to update the dose, leaving me with multiple days until my refill. As a person who needs medication to function in day to day life, I'm extremely grateful that the staff here treats me like a person whose time is valuable, instead of just another customer at their job. Keep up the great work!!

Riteaid in Commerce Township has the most awesome staff & pharmacist.Go MO( pharmacist who delayed his lunch today for our 4th Covid19 vaccine,2nd booster. It didn't hurt at all like previous 3 we had. Moderna thanks for making it so quickly available. The pharmacy staff is so accommodating and pleasant. It's located near the best PCP we've had in decades Dr Rachel Friedman! Part of Henry Ford Health,don't go anywhere in MI but Henry Ford Health.
As a board certified family physician ,I unfortunately needed too many specialists after a near fatal MVAs. Don't use rural hospitals, we stuck living in there in MI for decades. When we moved the locals Sud the ambulance only takes you to the hospital they called " SURE TO DIE",THEY WERE RIGHT! WE spent 6yrs in equally horrible inept area in Lancaster NH. We finally decided to move back to MI but I insisted only near Henry Ford Health W BLOOMFIELD only. HFH=Mayo Clinic in expertise but Henry Ford Health is much more welcoming, ACCOMODATING, I can compare numerous hospitals MI,& NH including Beaumont, UofM, ( both totally misdiagnosed me for decade until Msyo Clinic)Dartmouth Hitchcock, been to Cleveland Clinic and Brigham Women's, Sloan Kettering. Only Mayo Clinic ever diagnosed me correctly in 90s& now Henry Ford Health.
Please always get second, 3rd opinions. It took 20 specialists in NH, VT, Maine, Massachusetts to diagnose me. Henry Ford.is #1 in MICHIGAN

Great Experience EVERE, Great, very thorough Pharmacist R.O. & Sera (Pharmacist Tech.). Covid Shot was completely flawless, didn't even know Ron, (R.O.) gave it to me. Their professionalism far exceeds any other pharmacy. Their knowledge regarding questioning was phenomenal. The only pharmacy around had the "Pfizer" Covid Shot. Vey reasonable prices & lots of specials on their products. Thanks to the great staff at Commerce twsp. Rite Aid Pharmacy.

This pharmacy billed my insurance for the covid vaccine, which I didn’t get with them. It caused a lot of issues and I was unable to get my second vaccine dose because of their negligence.

Been going here since 1992.Of course a lot of staff changes in the timeline.Right now Pharmacist Rod.Is a jewel. He's the best in town. He really takes care of his patients.Instruction, reminders, pleasantly explains medications, and will ask if you have any questions.The lady Pharmacists . Are just as amazing. They are all top notch An asset to Rite Aid.The sales folks Lorraine, Charlotte, Marcie, Joyce.Are helpful friendly .They all get A+++ .Last and not least. Store Manager Ryan.Keeps the store well stocked and clean. And very personable to boot.A Welcoming Store that's for sure.You won't be dissatisfied .Promise. You'll leave very satisfied. And get what you need.Good Day All

The pharmacy rocks! I switched from meijer to rite aid and I've had great service. Staff has always been very helpful & polite. Their app sucks, but the store makes up for it.
