Like how they have the tap to pay credit card service. Bays are a little dirty but it is to be expected

This review does not even deserve 1 star… I went to Rainbow Auto clean off of S. Commerce road Friday February 16, 2024 to rinse off my BRAND NEW JEEP Grand Cherokee Altitude. The owner was there and helpful (at that moment)… I live less then a mile down the road and came home and used a microfiber cloth to dry my car as they do not have a dryer on premises. Upon drying my car (my car is all black) I noticed my car front to back and side to side is completely covered in scratches. Teddy would not take my calls until I involved the police. At which time he said he was at the airport and was willing to meet with me. I met him back at the car wash and he looked at my car and told me nothing he could do. He has 100,000 insurance policy and told me best he could do was have me take my car to “his guy” and see what he said. At no point in time did he tell me he would financially take care of the damages. So with my car being brand new I took it back to dealership and got a quote for damages. He has ghosted me ever since I called him out for blaming for “not blow drying my car”… never heard of such a thing. He told me it was because I used microfiber cloths to dry. When I took my car back his brother used a microfiber cloth to see if he couldn’t help me. After telling me not to use one. Now he will not answer my text messages or my calls. Please do not ever take your vehicle here as he will NOT take responsibility for his car wash damaging my car completely. Users beware, he keeps throwing in the mix he is a new owner. He also knows we have the police body cam and my own photos and videos to prove this happened on his property and no where in or on his premises does it have ANY warning signs of “use at your own risk” or “Any damages are responsible by user”. I have reported his business to BBB, the police and small claims court. This is a nightmare, please please think again before using his place of Business. We support local always have. But it doesn’t always pay especially when treated this way. If I made an insurance claim it would cost me more and my deductible is higher then the cost to fix MY BRAND NEW CAR. So again just beware “Teddy” is not a good person and will not right his wrongs. Police told me this is not the first time they have had problems like this occurring here. Teddy just keeps claiming he just bought the place. But took me in the back of the car wash where he has at the very least a half million dollars in BMWs that he refurbishes… but can’t pay for my damages. Good luck and use at your own risk.

If I could give 0 stars to THE NEW OWNERSHIP, I would! My wife washed her brand new car and it is now covered in scratches. The car is 2 weeks old and is a complete mess. No answer at this business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The credit card machine also over charges!
Instead of actually helping he decided to brag to my wife about his BMW collection in the building behind the car wash. That's great you have a $100,000 car, but won't take care of your customers!
Shame on you, Teddy!

Poor water pressure on a few bays

Put the quarters in with additional ones for extra time and soon after the water came out of the gun, it started to spray all over me from the swivel connection at the top. I was soaking wet and now had a car with soap on it which I had to finish the wash in another bay. No where is there a number to reach anyone and cannot find any contact info on-line. Of course, they do not respond to any of these reviews

It’s nice to have a self car wash but if you use credit card, be prepared to have at least $6 charged. It would be nice if you could pause the timer just to use the scrubber but you can’t so you have to with fast. The prices are misleading unless you use coins

Vacuum heads are either cracked or bent so you have barely any suction

The guy that was there the day I went was very kind and observant. He must've seen me move from one shampooer over to the other shampooer bc the one I was at was not working properly. But then that one started doing the same. Before I knew it he was right there asking if everything was okay. I explained what had happened and he fixed the issue. It just needed more soap and all was good. He even put in a few dollars into the machine. Oh and the prices were great. I'll be cleaning my car there from now on.. Thanks for being fairly priced while the rest of the world uses inflation to their advantages

Decent water pressure. Poorly maintained lot, so nails and other sharp objects are often found. If you drive something nice with expensive tires, you might want to get out and check for debris before you pull into the stall. A bunch of hillbillies with their filthy trucks like to frequent and leave huge messes behind. Also, I have had issues with credit cards being overcharged. I bought a pressure washer and haven't been back in a while.
