Two of the Commerce Twp PNC bankers that I worked with stated that a PNC auto loan rate discount would be applied if I opened checking account with them and auto pay was set up. After opening the account and setting up auto pay, they went back on their word and wouldn’t honor the rate discount.
Autopay set up took several weeks with the banker. They always had to ask their technical team and follow up the next day.
I don’t recommend banking here and I wouldn’t trust the word of the bankers here.

I have nothing against this branch.
But pnc as a company is the most ignorant financial institution I've ever dealt with, ever. When they came in as my best rate for an auto loan, i straight up almost told the guy "I'll pay twice at much to not deal with such a terrible company". Unfortunately i didn't!
There is nobody that works for this company that knows what's going on. Just setting up an auto-pay on my loan has been over a year back and forth. Next time I will 100% say upfront, i will not do business with that garbage company, please have anyone else write my loan.
I'll go visit a loan shark, risk getting my legs broken, before dealing with these morons ever again. Hell I'll just walk to work rather than buy a car. Company's a joke!

Done business banking here for 7 years, deposited probably 1 million dollars, and my relationship with you hasn’t been long enough for a tiny line of credit? Would never bank here again even if I had no other options.

I had a wonderful banking experience today at PNC Bank Commerce, on Union Lake Road, with a teller whose name might be Nadia. She was very professional, efficient, helpful and friendly! (Her colorful glasses and scarf matched her cheerful personality and I hope I got her name right! Thanks again! :) You were really great and I appreciate your kind assistance!

Just had the worst banking experience here with their manager, Heather. She wouldn’t let me access my account because she was saying the signatures didn’t match? Wouldn’t take another form of identification from me even though I offered. Couldn’t answer security questions, nothing. I’ve never had a banking or identification issue ever before. They wouldn’t work with me and told me to take it back to my “home bank” even though I drove out 30 minutes to this particular branch because it was close to my work. Wasn’t able to access my account in the end. Waiting to hear back from corporate. I will be taking my banking elsewhere.

Great customer service. Friendly and quick. They took the extra step to make sure my account information was up to date and secure (I've been to plenty of PNCs that never asked or concerned themselves with it), and they helped me with my main concern during my visit. Thanks again!

Worst customer service ever! My mother and I took my elderly grandparents here to look into getting a mortgage for the condo they were purchasing. They had a short time line to get a pre approval letter since they are from out of state we thought we would stop by since we were near it. The parking lot and drive through was empty and there were no customers inside. We walked in and there were 3 visible people working one was on the phone and no one said anything to us so we patiently waited in the lobby till the lady on the phone asked "do you need something". Obviously we need something, why would we be sitting in a bank if we didnt... who goes to a bank to just sit in the lobby. We got my grandparents up from the lobby and took them into her offiice to sit, they started explaining what we needed but the lady quickly dismised it and said that is not her job she would have to call someone. The lady even had it messed up how much the loan amount was that they needed because she did not listen to them. She dialed a nunber on the phone and gave it to my grandfather who couldnt hear the other person on the phone he then gave to my grandmother who again didnt understand what the lady on the phone wanted so my mother took the phone and figured out what they needed to do. Once we were finished with the phone conversation my grandmother said thank you and got up to leave but the lady never got up from her desk and never took her eyes of her computer screen except to roll her eyes and look at me and my mother with "why the hell are you all here" eyes. This was the WORST pnc bank I've ever been to. I have banked with them for over 5 years and even worked at a different branch for 2 years. I know their procedures and this branch was the worst by far. I will never go to this branch again. I have been trying to convince my mother to switch to pnc, but after this visit her first impression of it was not a good one, I highly doubt she or my grandparents will ever use them for any banking needs. Unfortunate for the company that this branch is representing them in such a horrible way.
