Wonderful!
Thank you very much, Ms. Soma S., our new pharmacist, for going above and beyond with giving my husband and me our Covid and RSV vaccines today! We are happy and thankful that we have found a great pharmacist who is friendly and knowledgeable as well! Thanks a lot, again, for being really helpful...You are so good at your job, we actually enjoyed getting the shots...unbelievable! From now on, we'll recommend Meijer Pharmacy in Commerce Township. We hear all of the Meijer pharmacists are great there!

I’ve been going to This Meijer pharmacy for 4 years now and for the most part they are always on time with filling my scripts. The staff is friendly and all 3 pharmacists are knowledgeable and professional. The pharmacy techs are fantastic as well!
There has been a few times when my doctors office doesn’t send my prescription correctly and the pharmacist always does their best to work out the issue. Their professionalism is welcomed because I know they are a very busy pharmacy. They have to deal with so many people, doctors and scripts on a daily basis it’s a miracle they don’t rip their hair out! The reason why I give 4 stars has no bearing on the actual staff at this location, it’s because sometimes it’s difficult to get someone on the phone during peak hours but that is not the fault of the staff.

Terrible experience. The first thing they do when you call them - literally every single time without fail - is quickly put you on hold within less than a second!! You can’t even udder a single word, just instantly on hold. Then you wait for variable lengths of time, sometimes a few minutes, other times 15+ minutes. Very rude, at least give half a second for the person to speak. The automatic system they have is also obnoxious. It will tell you your prescription is ready to be picked up, when in reality it’s not even there or in stock. God forbid the pharmacy staff actually update you on anything. They also automatically bill your insurance for the medicine without even filling it or checking their stock before billing your insurance telling them it’s been filled. Pretty sure that’s illegal! They should be reported for that. It’s fraudulent practice. I can’t imagine why this is allowed. Very frustrated and absolutely not using them anymore. I’d strongly advise avoiding using them unless they fix these issues.

The pharmacist obviously knows better than my doctor. So much so, that he refuses to fill my medications that the doctor has signed off on. Time for a Board of Pharmacy and Medical Licensing board complaint!

Whichever pharmacist tech that reopened to take my husband that was running late bc of my timing mistake ( LOL ) and get the medicine for our daughter that was called in last min on a Saturday night- THANK YOU! You are so kind! Never have had a bad interaction at this pharmacy & I always use them!! Thanks again!!!

I’ve been on hold for 45 mins. I have been out of meds for a week now and each time I call, I’m on hold…I had to take the day off to get thru to the pharmacy.Why won’t they close down already?Isn’t anyone monitoring this nonsense?Well… what goes around, comes around. I truly hope these losers get what they give us ? Amen!

Worst customers service, very bad attitude. Employees talking to customers like they are doing them a favor. I couldn’t even ask question without interruption and stop me giving me wrong answers . Never go back I transferred my prescription to Costco and cvs . These people treating patients really bad .

Lets talk the pharmacy. Rude staff. Especially Renee B. When I went to the counter she had an attitude because I went to drop off. Even though there is nothing but wet floor signs and garbage cans in front of the pick up side. When I said it was closed off she said no its not. Just rude.

We switched to Meijer about 8 months ago. My wife, being invalid and in much pain,thought we could rely on them. Every other month they don't have her meds in time. The last visit I was told that "I" could look for another Meijer to fill her pain meds. I asked if they could call, they did but to no avail. After all that they said they could partially fill until next delivery.(why didn't they try that first?) Today my wife called to collect on the balance, talked to the manager of pharmacy. She was told it would be ready today. He told her I had begged for the partial fill and if she was unhappy with him there are other pharmacies!?! Hey, corporate! Is that the way to treat customers? I know service jobs can be difficult but dickish behavior is uncalled for!

I’ve always found them to be very helpful. When I lost my insurance and had to pay attention to prices, they were by far the very best! The drive- thru is extremely convenient and always moves quickly. Would not go anywhere else!
