Terrible terrible terrible… I bought a brand new Craftsman power washer. I didn’t even use it one time because it wouldn’t turn on and it was leaking gas. Yes I bought it on sale, but Lowe’s would not help me and they told me to call Craftsman. I called Craftsman and they were no help… they told me to talk to Lowe’s. So Craftsman and Lowe’s were no help and I just lost over 400 dollars. Life is unfair I guess.

They had this online promotion of 5 bags of soil for $10. Their inventory online said it was in stock. So we took two cars to go buy them, and when we go to the store, the associate there spoke to me like i was an idiot and told us it has been out of stock for a week.

I purchased 25 bags of mulch today at this store. Ridge loaded them all into my car for me. Service was a 10 for me!
