Did a good job for me a couple times thru the years including a very helpful virtual help . But now I have a new computer and they no longer help with old computer disposal !

We were having a problem staying connected to a VPN for a very long time. Larry the Computer Guy worked on the issue nonstop until they figured out how to keep the connection. Thank you Major for being so diligent. We won't use anyone else!
