I had to scan a full grocery cart by myself at self scan then go to the end and bag it then come back up and scan some more groceries then back to bagging them. Repeated this process quite a few times. That’s not including the half dozen times my light was flashing and had to call for help. That’s because on a Saturday of Father’s Day weekend was only self checkout available. No Kroger cashiers available.

Poor customer service from the cashier as well as the Store Manager.. I waited in line , took a picture of the sale tag for the convenience of the cashier , only to be told I had to purchase 5 of the items which was incorrect. The McCafe K cups are $5.99. You don't need to purchase 5 to receive this sale. I called the store to speak to the SM, who didn't even say her name when she answered. That is basic management 101. She then proceeded to say she would check with the cashiers. No apology from her or anything offered to remedy the situation. My other Kroger is much better, however, this store was on my way home. No thank you....

I won’t be back. I have now watched 2 of the self check out attendants be rude to someone. The new self check out lane with the belt is useless. Here on a Saturday all of the celery and mangoes are totally rotten.

Management is disgusting. Because they are SO understaffed and SO focused on their delivery service, they are requiring all their staff to do 2x work. I overheard a conversation from the manager to the little ole lady that was working self check out that she can't stand still. She must move at all times and must be "working". The manager continued to harp on her that she wasn't "working". Mind you, she is ALWAYS super helpful, always nice and I look forward to coming in to talk to her. I had to speak up to the manager and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I'm not even mentioning the countless amount of times their pricing is wrong (and I paid it) or how horrible their produce is, it's the way they are treating their staff. I told the manager and I will stand by it, I WILL NOT STEP FOOT AGAIN IN THAT KROGER. Mind you, I typically go there EVERYDAY to get my lunch. I will drive the extra mile down the road to Aldi. I hope the store manager or district manager hears this (I'm sure they could careless). People pay attention to the company you are running. Also, IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST KROGER FOR IMPROPER PRICING, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. IF THERE ISN'T ONE, I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PARTICIPATE.

Avoid this Kroger. They are chronically understaffed. Staff are always unavailable because they’re clearly expected to be in a million places at once. The produce is poor quality and poorly stocked. Management either doesn’t know how to retain staff or are underpaying employees so no one wants to hire on.

What an antique looking Kroger here. They didn't even have the Huan Fung green top brand sriracha here. Isn't that basic table consignment by now? . :(

Bought a package of beef jerky here only to find that the back of the bag had a slash in it and the jerky had turned black and inedible. Went back to this Kroger to get a refund and they gave me a gift card with the balance. Went to go use the gift card today only to find it has a balance of $0. I am never coming back to this joke of an establishment and I hope it is permanently closed soon because it would serve better as an abandoned building for animals than a grocery store.
