The best grocery store around. Be sure to use the Kroger app to get the discounts. They even do the shopping for you so that you can have them load your car and drive away!!!! Highly recommend Krogers.

Nice store to shop. Love the deli dept. Like the ready to go foods, lunch or dinner. Makes it an easy dinner night. The ribs were really good. Would recommend them. I found everything I was looking for. A good experience at this store.

8 pm on a Monday. As usual, a horrible wait for self checkout while only one cashier is available. Absolutely pathetic company.

April 26 4:30. Both self checkout bays backed up into the aisles. 1 real cashier. A mess as usual, There's nothing good about a 2 minute quick trip turning into a 15 min wait.

My 1 star is for the Bakery ONLY.
Placed an order on a cake online a few days ago (4/4/24), and got a call back this morning (4/9/24) about it. I was told they couldn’t do the cake because of the “toy” that goes on the cake and that they don’t have the kit. Understandable. So i simply asked if i can still get the cake done just without the toy. The lady on the phone was NOT helpful whatsoever, she basically told me that the best they can do is an all white cake with happy birthday written on it. I tried to ask a second time if i could just get a white cake with two different color boarding because maybe we had a misunderstanding. She told me again no, it would just be a white cake. She then tells me that I shouldn’t have even been able to order the cake in the first place, she has no idea how i was able to place an order when their ONLY cake decorator is on a personal leave for 3 months. So basically there’s one person working there that can decorate a cake and they’re not working? No one there could do a simple cake with boarding.
I wouldn’t recommend this bakery to ANYONE. go to a different location with people who know how to do their job better.

Today was the latest bad experience to force me to leave a review. I've been in here plenty of times because it's close. The produce constantly looks empty and terrible. All the dry goods shelves look like the day after Thanksgiving.
That's all forgivable. Not sweeping the floors is not. This half eaten banana has been here long enough to harden and go moldy. This store is filthy. Someone in this building, please take pride in your work.

Never been a fan of Kroger because of pricing and limited selection. This is a smaller store then some and normally is busy and lines are long at peak times.

Today I had a pretty embarrassing situation at walled lake Kroger. I had a small amount left on my bridge card and what I thought was a 50.00 gift card to get some groceries. I accidentally had too much and was so embarrassed I had to ask to put some groceries back. Barbie was working self check out and was so helpful and accommodating. There was a line and people were frustrated so I was very embarrassed. After taking items off and paying what was left on bridge card my gift card was declining!!! I was so confused and embarrassed- she said call the number on back. I did. It only had 25.00 (NOT 50) (it was gift and I’m sure an accident.) Then I needed to remove more items. I was on the verge of tears and she kept calm and continued helping me until I got the groceries to an affordable price and could use the gift card. I was so grateful for her kindness and patience. Barbie was such an Angel today. Barbie is an amazing knowledgeable employee. Thank you Barbie. You helped me so much. Namaste ?? I wish more people were like you! Hallelujah ♥️
