Can do a better job about more up time on self check outs A lot of stations are closed for no apparent reason, leading to long checkout wait times

Understaffed by burnt out employees that don't care. Service desk always seems to be closed, management doesn't seem to be present. I don't blame the staff, people need to be supported and appreciated to be successful.
