This pharmacy used to be better. They no longer have antibiotics or regularly used prescriptions in stock. The antibiotic i am picking up today the script was sent on Tuesday and its Sunday. I have now been waiting 45 minutes

I left Kroger pharmacy years ago for their not helpful or even willing to get my scripts in a reasonable time frame. Gave them a second chance today drove up to the drive thru said it's been a while since I've been here they looked at my insurance card and with a bad attitude said we don't take that card with no explanation. He passed my card pack and ran back to the other side. I pushed the button to ask a question , and he proceeded to be very nasty. Done with Kroger. Good luck to anyone who goes there.

The last two times I sent prescriptions to this pharmacy were each for pretty common medicine, and both times the pharmacists told me they didn't have any stock. Frustrating, but understandable. What I cannot forgive is that they made no effort to let me know when they might get any stock, nor any effort to keep me updated on things. One of my prescriptions they deleted from their system after it was still unfilled 30 days later (30 days of radio silence. No wait list, no updates, nothing.)They were rude on top of extremely unhelpful. This more recent time, I transferred my script to the Walgreens down the street and had my meds 15 minutes later. Don't bother with this Kroger.

They never have the prime that I want their always out of stock. They don't have a good customer service.would not recommend.

I used to love this store and would drive out my way to come to this location , and above that to shop at Kroger over the other big stores. BUT Kroger's refusal to keep checkout lanes staffed is getting out of hand and I'm questioning if it's worth it. My food bill here is indicative that you can pay someone a decent wage to work. Maybe they can't keep employees for other reasons. I started writing this review 10 minutes into my wait to checkout. I'm still here with 6 ppl ahead of me, all with full carts waiting for the conveyor belt lines. Please do something.

Pharmacist was rude and dismissive. I've been using this pharmacy for years as I used to live in commerce. The insurance information ON FILE should have been an accident claim that began in November of 2019. Yet, when I tried to fill a script, I was given a runaround regarding my Medicare, which had ZERO to do with this prescription. I tried explaining to the young man. But he insisted it was I who was wrong. He said it was 14 dollars and asked if I wanted to make the purchase. This while he is holding my card. I shouldn't have to ask someone who is half my age NOT to talk to me was is I were half HIS age. I ended up paying out of pocket because I NEED the medication.I've never been treated this way at this location. But it will never happen again, as I will not return??

Sad to say that this store has been, and continues to go downhill. They used to have friendly, helpful employees, but now you're lucky if there is even one checkout lane open. Shelves don't get restocked. Fewer selections of many items. And nobody there to help you. You can't blame covid; other Krogers in the area aren't getting bad like this one. I'll be driving an extra 5 minutes away to go to a different location from now on. This one has become really bad.

All the pharmacists are very nice and so are the techs , except for Lesley. She has a very bad attitude and is incompetent. I have complained about her twice. Hopefully she’ll get fired.

I had to call 7 different times in order to speak with a pharmacist— they would answer the phone after I went through the robotic options, and I would hear noise in the background (like people speaking) but no response. This happened several times. When I finally got through to a technician, I asked them to fill my prescription and then they said “Ok” and immediately hung up without saying bye, with no information on when it would be ready, if I’d receive a text, or anything like that. I called back and then again was “answered” (it stopped ringing and I heard background noise), and then nothing happened, just no sound for a minute as I said “hello?” several times. Suffice it to say I have no idea if or when my prescription will be refilled.

I ordered a cake at the bakery a week prior to when i needed the cake, the lady taking the order wrote down all my information and informed me to come @4 when i needed the cake. i went to go pick it up and they FORGOT to make my cake. keep in mind this batman cake was for my 4 year old brother. do you know how upset he was?! i totally do not recommend. to top it off i got not a single sorry or anything! nothing! i asked them to write happy birthday on a cake at the least! they were so beyond rude! i will NOT order anything from this Kroger again! worst employees! worst customer service! i am furious. if i could give this place zero stars i would.

I'm a 30 year old struggling single mother and HANNAH from this location. Big blondie. All I wanted was a bottle of wine to open up after I put my special needs child to sleep. She looked at my ID and asked my 4 year old if she could see his ID as well. HE IS 4. OBVIOUSLY HE IS NOT GOING TO BE DRINKING MY CABERNET. Then she asked if he could at least see his "retard ID" to prove his special needs. My kid felt her ablism despite his inability to hear (due to his retardism) and started crying so she kicked us out. Also their cucumbers are a bit soft for liking.

Excellent service. I would like to thank the Pharmacy employees for their extra help in resolving a prescription issue for my brother. They went above and beyond to help get him his meds. Thank you very much
