I will update this review in 6 months.One day later, a response to the owner, Jon's reply.Thank you for your reply to my review. I am well aware of how insurance rates work and fluctuate. This is definitely not my first rodeo with insurance companies. I am a brand new customer with AAA and your office. An accurate review would not be just from the first day experience. When I said I would update my review in 6 months, it was not solely directed at rates. When I do my reviews I take everything in consideration. In this case (after 6 months), of course it would be rate increases, customer service at your office and customer service at the 800 number. It would also apply if I had any claims and how it was handled. Thank you again for your time. Keep up the good work guys! I could very well be a customer for life.”

“Amy is exactly the type of person you want as your insurance agent. She came to my house to meet face to face so we could discuss the various options for my current policies and other options which may be of use. After an excellent conversation we were able together to put together appropriate adjustments to my policies that were relevant for me at this point in my life. We did financial tradeoffs between potential higher levels of coverage and the additional cost, and also made some adjustments on the downside to save me money in areas that were no longer relevant to my situation. She is friendly great conversationalist who has a lifetime of knowledge in the industry and she won't upsell you beyond what you need. As I said, some areas we reduced my coverage. She truly wants to ensure you are properly covered for those moments in life we all hope never happen, but alas they do. I sleep better knowing I have competed a comprehensive review and reset my needs to my current life and financial situation.”
