I had to get my tire repaired due to a nail in it. I normally hate going to body shops because as a woman who stereotypically does not know much about cars, I feel awkward and don't want to be pressured into unnecessary sales. I walked in and was helped within a minute at the most. Brock was very nice and helpful with no pressure but still pointed things out to me that may be needed in the future. I was offered coffee and water as well. The repair was at no cost and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The waiting room was pretty warm and very outdated looking but those are just minor nitpicky things. Very happy to have fast service and a no pressure/no stress environment. I will definitely be back!

Well, if you want to sit on hold for 10 minutes with talking to a real person, this is your place. They will play you an add asking you to use their website, but that wants you to put in a vehicle which doesn't work for trailers. I'll take my business to someone that can answer the phone.

Prompt service and quick turn-around for tire replacement; just be sure to call ahead for them to order the tires needed for your make and model. They will call back when they come into shop. Takes less than an hour in and out. Thanks, guys!!

Excellent fast, reliable service. I drive ALOT and am plagued with bad luck when it comes to getting flat tires so I have all of my tires under Warranty with Discount Tire and whenever I get a flat they replace it quickly and easily no questions asked, the only cost to me is the 30 bucks that renews the warranty. I would highly recommend keeping your tires under their warranty if you purchase a set from Discount being as the condition of our roads in Southeast Michigan is atrocious and the odds of getting a flat at some point are pretty high so paying 29 bucks and change to have a MUCH more expensive tire replaced without any hassle is SOOOOO much better than the alternative and in my case (6 flats in just over a year) it has literally saved my butt since I wouldn't have been able to afford to replace six $160 tires this year. All the employees here are knowledgeable and friendly and seem to understand that everyone coming into their store has better things to do with their time and so they try to get you in and out as quick as they possibly can.
They will probably try to sell you a set of wiper blades when you come in (which you may or may not actually need) but because the service and warranty is so great I usually don't mind allowing them to make another small sale off me since they've saved me so much money, time and energy over the last 18 months or so anyway.
Awesome Job so far Discount Tire, you guys have a great store thank you for always being there when I've needed ya!
