The sales people at the CVS on Union Lk rd couldn’t be nicer. They are always kind & welcoming. Unfortunately the pharmaceutical staff are incompetent. They told me they could fill a prescription then never filled it and completely failed to let me know that they had no intention of doing so. Someone they put it into the system wrong & then said another pharmacy had to fill it. When I went to my usual place they said CVS had pulled it. Do they had to undo what CVS did. ???

Horrible customer service. Rosette she said her name was, refused to help me and answer a very basic question and was extremely rude about it then hung up on me. My question was if they had covid 19 tests that medicaid covers...

What a joke of a pharmacy. I’m not sure why it’s still open. They never answer their phone. They’re rude as heck. And they’re always out of everything.

She had a long line and I was in the drive-thru and she never once came to the drive-thru .Eventually I went inside and she Told me that she was going to quit and was swearing because of a long line. She had hands down the wildest experience I've ever had. She said she quit and I can't have my son's medication.

Both myself and another customer had issues with card reader, I was unable to complete my purchase. Employee said they were about to close but online hours shows open later than what I was told. Should update information if this is accurate.

Shelves are empty because they don't have enough staff to stock them. Couldn't find nail polish remover and the clerk was apparently too busy with both waiting on customers and trying to stock that they couldn't tell me where it was located in the store. (I never did find it). I went to purchase a gift card and the clerk snapped at me and told me I should have used the automatic check out, because she was busy putting stock up.

If you need something from here you have to go in otherwise you can't get ahold of anyone. Was on hold 45 minutes and no one picked up the phone, when I got there my script wasn't even ready. Save the headache and transfer your scripts.

Made an appointment online to get a covid test done. When I get here one sign says drive through closed and the other says no testing inside. I went inside to ask and they said sorry we don't have any techs. If they don't have any techs then why can I make an appointment online.

This cvs is terrible. Went through drive thru and waited a half hour. After being told it would only be “another minute” multiple times the pharmacist came back and said that their system was down and was hoping it would come back up.

I scheduled a time sensitive Covid test for this location and when I got there they were not able to perform the test because the drive-through was closed. this is absolutely unacceptable and we should not have the option to schedule a test if it is not available.

Misquote my babies prescription with wrong amount. Nobody picks up phone. Wait forever on hold. Staff is lackluster in pharmacy and curt. Do not come here.
