WARNING: This so called pharmacy needs to be closed they have more excuses for why they screw up the same medication month after month after month .It's not ready ,we don't have any ,we gave it away we're over worked blah,blah,blah.If you enjoy driving they will oblige you with coming back many times over so if your not on meds I suggest you get on some and enjoy the ride!!!!@???

Horrible customer service! Basically told me to take my prescription somewhere else and they didn't know when they would be able to get it in. Never again will I ever use CVS pharmacy. At this location in particular felt dismissed. Go anywhere else!

The sales people at the CVS on Union Lk rd couldn’t be nicer. They are always kind & welcoming. Unfortunately the pharmaceutical staff are incompetent. They told me they could fill a prescription then never filled it and completely failed to let me know that they had no intention of doing so. Someone they put it into the system wrong & then said another pharmacy had to fill it. When I went to my usual place they said CVS had pulled it. Do they had to undo what CVS did. ???

Horrible customer service. Rosette she said her name was, refused to help me and answer a very basic question and was extremely rude about it then hung up on me. My question was if they had covid 19 tests that medicaid covers...

10/4/2023 7:40 pmThe pharmacist was refusing to give me my son's medication. She had a long line and I was in the drive-thru and she never once came to the drive-thru .Eventually I went inside and she Told me that she was going to quit and was swearing because of a long line. She had hands down the wildest experience I've ever had. She said she quit and I can't have my son's medication.

Both myself and another customer had issues with card reader, I was unable to complete my purchase. Employee said they were about to close but online hours shows open later than what I was told. Should update information if this is accurate.

Shelves are empty because they don't have enough staff to stock them. Couldn't find nail polish remover and the clerk was apparently too busy with both waiting on customers and trying to stock that they couldn't tell me where it was located in the store. (I never did find it). I went to purchase a gift card and the clerk snapped at me and told me I should have used the automatic check out, because she was busy putting stock up.

If you need something from here you have to go in otherwise you can't get ahold of anyone. Was on hold 45 minutes and no one picked up the phone, when I got there my script wasn't even ready. Save the headache and transfer your scripts.
