My landlord was experiencing severe equilibrium problems and they allowed me to pick up his meds for him. Because of that kind of customer service I will be joining this weekend.

Normally I would rate the pharmacy extremely high, but issues lately with getting text saying it’s ready then you show up and nothings been done. Big disconnect between texting system and the app saying it’s ready. Especially when Rx sent in at 12pm with instructions to fill
TODAY, and pharmacy not filling it same day cuz of IT issues. Fix the issue and I’ll write a better review

The pharmacist who works here is the rudest human I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. It's shocking that Costco of all places with their usually great customer services has allowed her to continue working there with her awful behavior towards customers.

I've been going to Costco pharmacy for quite a few years now. I have found them to be the most accommodating friendly and helpful people I have encountered.

They never have medicine ready for pick up and claim “they didn’t get script” even though my dr office confirms they’ve sent it. Very disappointing , it’s happened 7 out of 10 times I’ve sent scripts there. I should have read reviews earlier to avoid this pharmacy.

I do shop here quite often. It is a great location with a lot around it. Just tried their new cookie. I liked it. It was hot and gooey and would taste great in one of their sundaes. I do like their pizza and chicken bakes and tend to take them home once every few months. The layout is pretty typical for a Costco. I do a lot of my bulk shopping here. It great for diapers and formula when the kids are small and chips and lunch goodies as they get older. It is also great for dinners. I enjoy their ready to go mac and cheese, chickens, the poke here is solid. Getting peanut butter and cereal and coffee is a good value here. We like their clothing from time to time, like the character PJ's. I have found many great gift cards and saved some money. I have also purchased many birthday cakes over the years. The people working here are always nice. We typically get good service. I have never had any major issues over the years and just continue to shop here like normal. You do occasionally get some great finds. If you like squishmellows, this is the place. I also found some Hunter boots for an amazing price! Those are usually hard to find here, but they do get premium brands from time to time. I also got an Apple TV subscription for a year for a super low price. So I am always on the lookout for a fantastic find.

I was looking through the reviews. The bad ones are shown first. I have never heard the staff "barking orders". I've always been treated with courtesy. The staff are very efficient and cordial.

Costco is the place to go. Overall really good people and super friendly. They have a great selection of items. Location is clean and check out is quick and efficient.

Terrible customer serviceEmployees are not recognizing us waiting in line. Unfortunately pharmacy is not one of costco specialty.Please stick to bulk food and paper foods etc not medicine and service .Good service somewhere else is worth more the savings.Never go back again.Shame..

I ordered a TV and they stated it would be two day delivery by 7pm. Called at 8 pm asking where our TV was. It was a gift for a friend we were delivering on Saturday. Couldn't give us an answer and told us to wait until Friday. Same results....nothing. Checked with UPS and now delivery is scheduled for Tuesday. Seriously???!!! Any bets it doesn't show up on Tuesday. These people have no consideration for the time we've spent chasing this TV down and pretty sure they DGAF. Really really sad. Nice customer service Costco.

Worst and most embarrassing experience at a store ever will not be coming back made me call a family member who is unable and needs things from the store to be able to basically get my stuff because I made enough of a fuss. I have shopped for a family member before here and never had any problems in the past and other family members are on the membership but they were sick and could not come in to the store. Would've preferred known that was a problem before I also had 300 dollars plus worth of groceries in my cart... and whoever the woman at the cash register was was the rudest person I have ever had help me out at a grocery store. Not only did she not speak English well she had no patience with me and didn't really explain anything of what was going on just had her boss come over and try to "fix" the situation. Will not be returning myself for obvious reasons and would recommend going to other Costco locations.
